I do know what i'm talking about. I've been lifting weights and bodybuilding for 3 and a half years now. Instead of putting muscle mass on, it looked like he put weight on by body fat. Which is due to less days of training where he's not burning the calories consumed. He trained 6 days a week vs Joe. He only trained 4 days a week against Logan
