You must be gearing this to young women that hasn't had enough experience with men . I would never say to myself that I have done something wrong or I am ugly... or that you all of a sudden hate men. what? Women that have any self esteem intact would see it for what it is. An emotionally unavailable, immature man. And there's lots of them out there. Good luck ladies.

I'm an avid gardener and I spend a lot of time outside in my garden. It's my favorite thing!! I have a neighbor that lives one house away from me. He also has a garden and was cute to me. He's spent the last four months flirting with me from across our yards. Asked for my number twice and I told him sure, you're welcome to come over and get it because I'm not shouting my number to you from our backyards. LOL It took him two months after he asked to finally get my number. We social distance and talked for a while, we even exchanged some goodies from our gardens. I thought to myself: this is perfect! We have a lot in common. He got my number and never called, I moved on. Blocked his number, blocked him from social media too. It was such a good feeling to do so. Now he's runs away when he sees me outside and it's hilarious!! I've been still losing weight, dancing and having fun in my garden, and harvesting all of my garden goodness while he continues to watch from his backyard window. He's back to doing the same thing again to get my attention. Move on and do you!! They will regret it! A high value woman deserves a high value man, not a ghost. Let those ghosts stay dead.

It's okay to feel sad when something doesn't go the way you wanted to.. So, I think I would add to the list: allow yourself to feel and process your feelings first. I mean... Sometimes I tend to suppress my feelings and pretend that everything is fine. But as I try to move on with my life, I find it really difficult to focus and actually BE happy after I've been ghosted. Therefore, I believe it is important to let my feelings run, cry if I have to, get it off my chest, and then do all the things you just mentioned in your video. I don't know if this is actually a good advice, but it has worked for me :)

I've been doing a lot of self-reflecting this year after ending a year and a half situation-ship with a guy I was with. I'm getting to know my true self and these videos are helping me a lot with understanding why I wanted to be with him in the first place. There were clear red flags when I initially met him but I didn't know what I wanted for myself or even from him and I just ignored them. i.e....the red flags were; 1st week of dating; He's only been dating for 5 months after dealing with an engagement breakup (from the girl's side with him). He had a bit of a drinking problem, He was way... too eager and fast to get sexually physical, His emotional state was all over the place....like crying in front of me about his ex, the list goes on....Ladies please don't ignore obvious red flags...They could save you time and heartache🥰❤😘

This was really helpful! I realized last night that the guy I’ve been dating probably isn’t into me. I started to spiral. Then I renewed my gym membership and went to a 6am class, had my girlfriend set a timer and listen while I was sad to get it out of my system, watched a bunch of your videos, went on a walk, texted some other people I’m interested in dating, and made my favorite dinner. These videos really helped me. I’m not upset anymore, just clear that we’re in different spaces and it’s time to focus on me.

Sabrina, ladies, incredibly it happens with senior dating too. I have given my number to men who come 'recommended', through mutual friends. They either don't even bother to call or if they do, they don't ask to meet me. They are so-called, interesting, successful supposedly great men... I admit, I STILL go through all that foolish, useless self torture. Now in my 60's and in the scene for nearly 20 years, there are truly fewer and farther between prospects, so not very many fish in the sea. Can be months, even years, till the next opportunity. Let's not waste time and energy on these timewasters! Their loss, if they are so lame and immature.

Letting go is not as easy as it sounds, but I believe you Sabrina, work on myself more and stop feeling sorry for myself. The chances are this men doesn't even think about me, he has moved on without me. Like I don't exist never did and never will. So I think it's best to do the same, difficult and painful as it's imperative to be who one has always wanted to be and stop being at his mercy. I woke up yesterday, Sunday and told myself, you know what I deserve better because I am worthy to be loved. Went to church came back even more revived.Surprisingly, this guy whom I didn't even take serious called to say he wants to take out. Ok where did that come from. To cut the story short, he took me out for dinner and I enjoyed myself. It felt so good to be treated with respect for a change. Then at end of month he texts acknowledging he hasn't been too talkative and feels bad and it's due to his anxiety, depression and needs time to take care of it and himself. - course I texted I appreciated his honesty and that what he said wasn't easy ánd thanked him. He thanked me for my understanding and said he appreciated that. - a week has gone by and just don't know where I stand or what I should do. He definitely does not seem as the type that plays games. What should one do on a situation as such?
@ShanaeBeautiful4 жыл бұрын
It sounds like he currently in an emotional unavailable state and right now is not ready for a serious relationship with "Anyone". You should continue to live your life as you've been and finding your true self and date other guys as well. You should accept his calls and or texts but be honest with him about what your looking for and if his response/s are any diffferent from what your looking for then youve got your answer. You dont want to tie your life up with someone who does know themselves and doesn't know what they want.

@@melodytan6802 so I'm the type of person who needs answers or say their peace, so I reached out to him after a week. Giving him the benefit of the doubt that he was actually honest about needing time to take care of himself. Turns out he is actually depressed , on meds. He did clarify it is his own issues and not me at all. I felt better. I did say my peace and how it came out of left field, but I understand and wish him the best. He did say he will like to keep in touch, but I don't think he will. Told him he didn't have to if it was just out of curiosity or because he felt bad for me. He reassured me he wouldn't do something he didn't want to etc. It made me feel good to hear this, bit not holding my breath. All in all it sucks .and deep down I know he probably won't. It still hurts mainly bc I felt a connection and it's rare when it comes to people I meet in general. I'm selective with those I keep around me and I invest in. So this really felt special. It's hard to let go of that, but it helps to just allow yourself to feel and cry it out.. then slowly you accept and move on. Accept that sometimes ppl just come your way to remind you of things or teach you a lesson.. and that is how I'm trying to see it now.

This video is great. And from most videos I have listened to, they don't address the issues we Africans face when dating. If an African guy dating you pull away, its none of those than he is cheating, seeing another girl, he is no longer interested or he wants to have his cake and eat it. Africans are family-oriented people and we are known to survive amid many problems. So despite any issue or challenge, we may hare, we don't hibernate or need space to cope with any issue. And so if it's a case of him having an affair, what do you know? Funny enough he may still like you but they are polygamous in nature.

Or he says he's in a lot of pain so doesn't Txt, message or call. But has time to do all these things with another woman. Or when you do try starting a conversation but get nothing in return because he's talking more with another woman. It comes down to this from personal experience. If they wanted to talk to you, spend time with you they would do so, not make up excuses. No matter how busy you are they will contact you. It's just a waste of your time getting nothing in return and your better off. You can't be the one doing everything and being the first to always reach out in a relationship. It takes two to make it work. And if it doesn't take two to make it work then it's not worth it. Love yourself first. Don't be anyone's second choice.

Isn't it better to (calmly) assert your standard that he communicates with you? Lol😁😁 recently single. 7 weeks since my first real break up... He was my first and ya he rejected me and broke my heart.. humiliated me... Moved on .back with his ex I didn't think I would ever be ok..But I am the happiest.. 9 months of that relationship was the worst of my life.I was so innocent and naive.. It was so emotionally draining and toxic.. now I'm finally over him Good thing he moved away just before we broke up. .. 3 guys are after me. One texts more than the others but rarely calls .. the other calls a lot but doesn't text and the last one calls and texts but is in relationship with a girl I know. The first guy and I have a lot of similar interests so we vibe more emotionally..The second one wants a serious relationship but he seems too desperate, he says such negative things abt women so I'm guessing his last relationship messed him and he ain't really over the chick.The last guy makes me laugh, we talk a lot and we vibe ..but he is in another relationship..I would date the third guy if he weren't with someone already.So maybe the first guy is the one i should choose ryt? It will be long distance tho..

I'm echoing two people here, Jake and Daniela Cuervo. Sabrina's tips here are IN ADDITION TO letting yourself feel all of the distress that you naturally will feel. Because the death of any kind of relationship ( and maybe the romantic kind the most) is accompanied by the death of your dreams: you had dreams involving that person. It's a huge letdown, a feeling of betrayal, and a sense of hopelessness because you just have discovered that you've lost the chance to interact with that person. I did everything here that Sabrina describes, along with crying on and off through every memory I had of this person. It took five or six months, until my brain ran out of all of the memories it had stored and coughed up. Once this process was done, my crying fits subsided. I began to notice my own life again. And suddenly, I was okay with being single. But running away from living through memories you have, will not heal you. It will prolong the pain. So, yes, do everything here Sabrina suggests. And let yourself be in pain for the length of time it takes to heal you.

I've written a few relationship books and discuss this topic a lot in all of them because they really go hand in hand. I have 2 books on Amazon (Everything You Need to Know If You Want Love That Lasts and 10 Things Every Woman Needs to Know About Men). And I have a few ebooks but you should def check out He's Not That Complicated (hesnotthatcomplicated.com). You'll have access to the rest of the ebooks if you join our newsletter- anewmodek.com/subscribe. We also have an audio series all about being a high value woman and more confident, so lots and lots go good stuff to go through!

He already said hi back but I didn't answer because he hurt me so bad by ghosting me that a simple hi is not going to make it.

About # 3 : for girls who think fake "accidental run ins " are a lady thing ... I staged one in another century , led nowhere and I still feel quite silly anytime I think about it .

Okay, how to stay high value when he's a narcissist and has created a trauma bond in your head and has disappeared on you because if you were healthy you'd attract normal guys and the pull back wouldn't be so intense
@SabrinaBendory4 жыл бұрын
You have to realize it wasn't you, it's him! Narcissists are very scary people to get involved with and make you feel like the crazy one, but you're not! You should just feel sorry for him, remember it's not about you, and try to see this as a valuable life lesson that will make you better in the end.

Be glad they disappeared on you rather than never letting go. These people can be very difficult to get rid of, like gum stuck on the back of your shoe on a hot day.

My boyfriend fell madley in love with me (together for six months) stronger and stronger feelings on his part. Until...he had to deal with all his responsibilities then fell off because of all our time spent together (all his idea) just broke up with me because his life is in Caos.
