What I learned from studying history at UC Davis and Harvard are the critical thinking skills to analyze the information from multiple sides, not to blindly believe one side over another. I also know enough to understand how politics work in the Philippines. My family are family friends with both the Marcos and the Aquinos, I mean even Marcos Sr.'s own best friend from law school and most trusted confidant is one of my Lolos. I was raised with insights from both sides, I was raised to know the good and bad sides of both parties. I have also given my fair share of criticisms of the Aquinos and their party, based on what I carefully studied. What I shared in this video is history based on proven facts and strong evidence. What I learned from these universities is how to properly do research, even if it doesn't align with my personal beliefs. History is not black and white. I also included a long list of resources for the viewers to dig deeper. I am not imposing anything. You are free to believe what you want to believe, but I do stand confidently on what I said.
