ANG SARAP NITO GRABE!!! KUKULANGIN ANG SINAING SA SARAP NITONG PORK STRIPS BISTEK WITH QUAIL EGGS!!!
INGREDIENTS
-2pcs chopped onions
-8cloves chopped garlic
-1.3Kilos pork belly sliced into strips
-1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper
-5Tbsp soy sauce
-5Tbsp oyster sauce
-water enought to submerge meat (add more water as needed
-2pcs dried bay leaves
-5Tbsp calamansi juice
-dried red chili flakes or fresh red chili peppers
-boiled and peeled quail eggs
-lots of red onion rings

Mahal na mahal mo po siguro ang soy sauce and oyster sauce. Most your dishes, halos lahat actually pare pareho ng timpla. May soy sauce and oyster sauce. Question, been pan frying for years to lock the flavor. Kaso it makes the dish more oily as the meat continues to render fat. Is there a way to avoid this?

Hindi lang po soy sauce at oyster sauce ang mahal na mahal ko.. Pati po onions, garlic, mantika, salt and ground black pepper.. Palagi ko po ginamit ung mga un.. Pero kayang kaya ko pong ibahin ang mga lasa ng mga niluluto ko kahit pare parehong may mga ganun ung mga niluluto ko.. 😉😊😁😁 Un po tlaga ang mangyayari sa pan frying.. Which is mas maganda po kc pwede nyo po iscoop out ung oil if you prefer po.. 😉😊😁😁
