I am saddened by the death of Rosie Hamlin. We did some concerts together in her early career and again later, a few years before her death. Rosie was always a lady and very friendly and polite. I've heard that Rosie's mother was Mexican. Is it true? Her Angel Baby is quite famous here. I'm a teacher and my students knew this wonderful tune. Some of them fell in love with this song. Greetings from Mexico! Thanks for sharing this interview. I wish I could meet her sons or grandchildren. A group of rock called Los Rockin Devils recorded Angel Baby in both English and Spanish. And this versión is also good.
