It's so funny how her stats don't fit your bs narrative. She's has 6 games with more OR than DR. But not only that out of those 6 games only 2 of which she had a lower than her AVG FG%. Because statistically you can't BOTH catch your own rebound and keep above your AVG FG%. Because if you were catching your own rebounds you'd also be dropping your FG% but let's talk about the record setting 223 turnovers clearing second place in the record books by 78. Which is more than Reese had all season at 75. Could she have gotten 3 turn overs in the 6 games she missed sure. But CC was a TO MACHINE

I haven't looked at any other rookie numbers. Neither one, are next level good. CC is next level, the whole league is trying to come up with strategies on how to defend her that is outside their normal defense, and they are having to hustle back on defense, which is similar to what Magic did.

44% of her rebounds are offensive rebounds. that's nearly half. and is shooting 39% from the field. that means probably every single game, there's at least 2-3 moments where she goes up for a layup, misses, and her size allows her to just get her own rebound. That means she is objectively a bad basketball player. absolutely INSANE that they're considering her for rookie of the year when caitlin clark is legitimately lighting up teams with efficiency and great stats. the only reason Reese is a part of the conversation is that they can't allow a straight white woman to be the sole star of the WNBA, when really she is.

Reese often does not bend her knees to jump. Many times, she has jumped off her right foot on the right side of the rim. She does that 2 step 2 footed layup. She has a great motor, but her basic foot to hand fundamentals leave her looking so uncoordinated. She would benefit from basics boot camp

She missed a few fast break layups against Iowa in the NCAA championship a couple years ago when LSU won. The other night against the Fever, there were 4 minutes left and her team was getting blown out. Both teams put in their bench players but Reese was sent back out to pad her rebounding stats. lol. Wild.

Her layups are as bad as it gets. But the worse thing about it is she attempts them instead of kicking it out to her teammates that can actually score. The selfishness in wanting to score but failing miserably is hurting her team. Like you said, what good are offensive rebounds if they result in nothing. Rodman, even while shooting 52%, still kicked it out.

Add on another 4pts from a set of free throws(you know she gonna get to that line EVERY GAME) and you're looking at someone who is severely inpacting the game! You aren't being harsh enough, she pitiful in trying to shoot the ball. She also is not smooth at all in her movements. She has no flow. She got away with it in college, but this is the pros. And her thought processes are just awful. I'm saying right now, her teammate Kamila Cardoso is three times the player Angel is. Angel is all show and no go. And anyone who thinks that the ROTY race is close is taking some bad mushrooms, because Reese has no shot at winning, unless some phantom votes are counted.

They are both known for their rebounding, and both consistently missed the bunny shot. Cunningham didn't suck, but he wasn't a superstar. I find it overly similar to Reese.
