I, too, worked my way down from yarn to size 3. There is also size 5 and 8 - but I just made myself sit down and just started crocheting with the 10 and 7 hook. It's wonderful! I love crocheting with thread now! If you know the stitches, you can crochet with thread! Best of luck! Lisa

I agree. If you know how to crochet, you can crochet using any thread. It just takes some time to get used to.

You have such beautiful patterns, and your videos are so helpful. I have enjoyed making so many of them. I was wondering about the angel in the shorts video. It is the angel on the very right end. I think she is about 11 inches tall. I do not see a pattern or a tutorial for that one. She seems to have pointy sleeves. Is there a video tutorial or pattern for that angel? Thank you.

Thank you! That angel was designed by someone else, so I can not record a video about it. That person doesn’t know English, but she made a video with written directions if you want to watch it. She gave me permission to record it in Spanish if you know the language. Before my son started making molds using his 3D printer, for this angel I used a turned over cocktail shaker with a plastic fruit cup and a little crumpled foil or plastic wrap on top 😁

I added links to the description of the video to the place you could buy the mold from. It’s not very cheap, but it’s the most affordable service that my son was able to find. Neither of us benefits from it.
