She already knows the annulment is not lawful but Michael has to pay attorney fees to a lawyer to respond. If Michael were smart, he would file for a PFA, divorce and alimony asap. Angela can be made to pay him monthly in the PFA until the divorce is finalized. He can probably get a free attorney through a local legal aid society to help him with his VAWA claim. I only know this because I’ve worked with DV victims for over 10 years. Angela is a classic abuser! Probably one of the worst I’ve seen from afar.

An immigration attorney commented on Angela wanting the annulment and deporting him and she said that Angela doesn’t have a chance in hell at trying to make a case against Michael.
