I love learning this stuff! It can be overwhelming sometimes and I have to remember one thing at a time. Is there a platform you recommend for my team where i can upload a custom checklist for each client so whatever cleaner is cleaning that house that day they can view it? Im using your checklists but sometimes there are those extras on there and id like the cleaner to be able to see that.

Hi Christan, great question. I like to use Google Keep for checklists - it's completely free with a Gmail account, and you can edit it in real time. Anyone that the note is shared with will be able to see the changes. If you have your employees check it off as they clean, it'll also help you keep track of where they are in the job even if you're offsite. The best part is there's also an app that's super user-friendly. :-)

Angela, I've already filed for my LLC and started the process of getting a bond and insurance. Would you recommend starting up your business and gaining clients regardless of your cleaning skills then do the training later once you have customers or is it better to wait get trained up and then go aquire clients.

Good morning! I'm positive this will be the most superficial question on the thread..lol I'm already confident that I need your employee training program. I need to know if once training is complete will we receive a special sticker that can be put on our website and Facebook page showing that we completed savvy training? Like an accreditation?

Excellent question. Yes, we have what is called trackable learning. Once you join a membership your learning is tracked. When you complete a course it goes on a wall of fame that your clients and customers can see. You can link to the page from your website and once you've become certified you'll have a certification seal that can add to all your marketing materials.

Do any of these programs include recruiting systems? It's my biggest weakness. I'm a franchise, but corporate doesn't seem to have a working formula for recruiting in my region and the money I've spent on consultants and coaches have helped in some ways, but not in recruiting quality employees. My city has plenty of people in it, but the midwest "laid back" mindset seems to not instill in people to have a sense of professionalism and responsibility. Anyway I hate sounding negative, I know there are good people out there, I see them at Costco, Chick-Fila, Trader Joes, etc. So I need a program that can train me on how to recruit smarter and build a culture that attracts better people. I love your shows so much Angela, I hope your programs have something that can address my biggest weakness.

Thank you.... yes... my employer had me clean pretty big houses by myself. My problem is focusing in on things that nobody else would probably never notice..... I think I do a final walk through at least 3 times to make sure I didn't miss anything...... the homeowners just weren't happy about how long I take. I requested help but it never happened.

If you are starting a business I recommend the employer training. It will give you all the tools you need in the way of setting up your business for success rather than just learning to clean.
