Another suggestion is to start each email with why you are writing it and briefly what the conclusion is (similar to the style of the “to confirm” email). For example, “Angela, you asked me whether there are any cases supporting our client’s current deduction of salary expenses. As explained in further detail below, the majority of cases in the Fifth Circuit hold that …”. Partners do not want to read to the end of a 10 or 20 paragraph email to learn why you are sending them the email and what the conclusion is. This also applies to voicemail.

I'm using this video to help build a email requested letter to all parties for child custody. Hopefully it will work and get me back in court, as court was ran with out my knowledge and missed court 😒
