Ang gaganda ng cake design mo ms angel. And yung boiled icing nyo mam ang klaro ng edges ng nozzle. Ang sarap at sakto lang ang tamis ng boiled icing mo kaya talagang sinisundan ko pano mo pineprepare yung icing mo, pero madalas yung first apply ko lang sa cake yung stable pa yung icing, pero kapag na rest ng ilang minuto lalo na kapag nagmix ako ng color nahuhulas na agad yung icing ko, kaya di na masyadong klaro yung edges ng nozzle.. kaya pag gumagawa ako boiled icing pansarili lang namin na cake.

hi, basta stiff peak lang ang egg white then 112-115c ang syrup sa low flame then high speed until stiff peak for about 5 to 7mins pag nag combine na.
