Also i have a question about contacts so you said you use -7 prescription so how do you find that out ??

You go to an opticians! You get a prescription if you need glasses, - 7 means jaye is nearly blind and wouldn't be able to see at all without glasses or prescription contacts. Always consult an optician before buying contacts!!
