Tired? She’s been training her voice 4-6 hours a day every day for practically 15 years. She was running on adrenaline. I sincerely doubt she was tired. Have you ever played any sports? You don’t get tired till you come down from the high of the game!

I'm surprised you still have doubts with Angelina. I flew to Vegas from Missouri and went to both performances and also went to the meet and greet. Angelina is a truly wonderful person. It was magical.

I told a few reactors that they should have been there to support her. Too bad they can’t see the Content that she provided for them over the years . I have watched some of them with 600 Subscribers. The "little girl" is Angelina's sister Juliette. The man at the microphone was Rob Christie, Director of Republic Records LA Studio. The performance was at Angelina's first Las Vegas Headline Concert on Feb 29, 2024. I was at the concert and Angelina was Amazing!

When you play sports you give it 100 percent and you don’t notice you’re exhausted until hours later, then you crash. Haven’t you ever played any sports? Plus, she’s 18 years old, not 80 lol!

Whitney was a soprano. Angelina is an alto. It’s possible Whitney wouldn’t be able to hit the low notes that Angelina can with the same force and power.

Thanks for your reaction Nick. Angelina, during her 10 years as a performer, has always created her own arrangements and made her own vocal choices for each song. She has always had the ability to know how to fit her voice and style into a cover. Nick, I wish you could have been at Angelina's shows in Vegas, but there will be many more shows in the future.

Great, great reaction. Remember, AJ did two FULL concerts this night. She couldn't belt and sustain without losing her voice -- very different from coming out and singling one or two songs.

That was Rob Christie calling for the group photo. He is head of Republic Records LA Studio and Angelina's mentor as well as her pianist on many of her videos most notably 'Suspicious Minds'. A magnificent performance by our Barefoot Princess. Beautiful 😊♥👣

Angelina can hold long notes - there are several examples throughout her career. You might want to revisit the ending of I Put a Spell On You. Also, check out the ending of Diamonds Are Forever from this same concert.

CORRECT - this was song #38 of 38 within about 4 hours. I told Nick that in my request description - either he forgot or did not read it. My guess is he did not read it, because it also explained what was happening at the end, during the photo op. In fact, here is exactly what I wrote: "Since this was the closing number of the night, following her performance you will see everyone gathered together for a photo, including : -- the band, -- Angelina, -- Juliette (Angelina's sister), -- MERY (Angelina's grandmother and the most important person in Angelina's Life), -- Rob Christie (republic records studio manager - played an important role in organizing the concert / band and has played piano in every one of Angelina's studio releases [MILLION MILES, SUSPICIOUS MINDS, ALL I ASK, EASY ON ME, etc.])" 😇Jim

Angelina can belt when the song calls for it or when she thinks it’s right for the song. Never to show off which unfortunately a lot of singers tend to do. I think some singers sometimes go overboard to the point where it’s a bit too much.

Jordan's voice is much lower than Whitney's. This version did change the key to suit her own range. I don't think it was a great performance, but I wow, how many songs did she sing before that one? And I'm sure the amount of mixing she did was on purpose to save her voice. No way she should've been trying to belt a song like this at the end of a 2-set day lol. Jordan is a very different singer from Whitney, especially in terms of vocal range. Everything that Whitney sang after her first album was written specifically for her and her rather limited vocal range, so she always sounded amazing. She could belt in a very specific part of that range better than ANYBODY in history I think. Notes higher than that very specific belting range were pretty weak for her, and she'd whistle them instead of try to sing them with support. Still sounded nice. Lower notes were never very strong for her either which is why she threw in melisma so much down there in alto territory.

In my opinion, Angelina failed. One of the reactors once said that she was afraid that Angelina might lose the power of her voice in the sense that she would no longer have the same efficiency as before. This is unfortunately happening.

Consider this was the final song of 38 in just 4 hours..that’s a vocal marathon not a sprint..as is her career..imo she’s protecting her voice (under advice possibly) at aged 18 with decades of performing ahead of her God willing..as for failing...she’s gave thousands of fans an unforgettable experience the memory of which they will treasure for all time. I’m not sure I’d describe that as a failure.
