There is even a better version where Angelina performed in a church. I am an Adele fan for many many years but if you listen to the covers of her songs that Angelina did, you realize that the covers are also better than the originals. Play it side by side, Adele has a shrill/tinny voice where Angelina's voice has more color, emotion and is richer.

I agree this is definitely better than the original , but i don't think that many people have heard the original because the original was sung by the co-writer of the song BC Jean . Most people think its a Beyonce song. And yes i think Angelina did it better than Beyonce too.❤❤❤❤👣

Both these covers are glorious but I prefer the stripped down version Piano Diaries. That version lets her voice absolutely shine. Thanks to Toby for asking her to sing this cover of his song for his Piano Diaries album. Toby is quoted saying, “Working with Angelina has been nothing short of inspiring. Her ability to channel profound emotion through her voice adds a whole new depth to the song.” They are also working on other songs for AJ. This will be huge for her.

Toby Gad is a multi Grammy award winning songwriter and producer. He has worked with many of the biggest superstars in the music industry producing award-winning hits. He is currently in process of producing an album of his top eight songs called Piano Diaries. He invited Angelina to perform this song with him at piano, which was originally made famous by Beyoncé in 2008, and has received over 600 million views. Most believe this version is much more touching and emotional, and Angelina has made it hers. Move over Beyoncé! Toby and Angelina are working on some original music coming in the next few months, possibly as an album. He is very influential in the industry and this undoubtedly is a huge break for Angelina.

Toby is working on a reimagining of 9 of his most famous hits and he chose Angelina for this 'reimagination' of this song. This was her second performance released on her Official Channel. They are currently working together on several more songs one of which she performed with her 1st performance of this song at a local nightspot in LA where she also performed this unreleased single called 'Bad Valentine which should be dropping in the next few months. There are also suggestions that they are actually collaborating on Angelina's New Album. Fingers crossed. We are hoping that will soon follow. Toby Gad is a world renowned multi-Grammy winning songwriter and producer from Germany. I believe we are 'finally' at the precipice of Angelina's introduction to the World Stage and doing it with the power, class and emotion that only Angelina can bring. The vocal arrangement is from the live performance video. The live performance video takes place in a beautiful church where it’s just Angelina, a cello player and Toby playing the piano. This “official” video has a different musical arrangement, especially as it pertains the instrumentation and the pop feel. In this pop version Angelina is mouthing the lyrics from the live version. I prefer the live version.

Each subsequent version is better than the last to me for one reason. The recording of her voice. The first couple times the mic was not picking up her lowest notes. With each one since they have boosted the recording of her low ends so we can hear those subtle breathy voice notes. But each one has their unique offerings.
