I see that she still blows your mind and leave's you speechless trying to explain is to how can a child at such a young age convey all this being on que, perfect pitch and deliver it beautifully in a stylistic way. I say this talent is very very rare. She is the Queen of music. this girl could take any song an arranged it and deliver it beautifully. Like you said not just her generation that listen to her music even older people. I believe people from all walks of life listens, love and adore her and her music.

Angelina's makes you hang on to every word in so many of her songs by doing two things. One is to dramatically, or in some cases subtly, slow the tempo of the song. The other is, as I have been told is an old jazz technique, to sing behind the beat. But no matter how she manages to engross us in her magic, there's no one like her, and I'm not sure there ever has been.

Angelinas voice on this song is beautiful as ever. Great reaction as ever. You should watch her rehersal Wish Upon A Star. Just her and the pianist no microphone. Even the pianist is overwhelmed when she reaches a high note during the song. Keep up the good work with your reactions.

Angelina is always able to tell a story with a song, and this is one of the best examples of that. Like you said... she makes you feel a song in a way that you never did before, and gives it new meaning. She does it over and over with song after song. Of all her holiday songs, this one and "when you wish upon a star" are my favorites. ...maybe... as with everything Angelina it's hard to pick favorites because as soon as you do, you remember other ones.... like "the christmas song" or "white christmas".... Even when you narrow it down to just holiday songs it's hard to pick a favorite :)

Angelina Jordan Astar Have so many songs it’s hard to track how much is 150 of them very well is a great song I love it and I need to have it so well A wonderful example of a prodigy, well she has a musical ear, perfect pitch and distinctive voice that makes her a good singer, but there’s a unique things in it that cannot be copied

I'm sure she knows exactly all the bits and pieces she has available and how it effects a song by now. But there's surely some rehearsal work behind that song where she tried out different variations until it felt right. Her ability to replicate that right on the point is a great blessing for a singer. Most do some 20 takes for a recording and pick the best, which shows when they are called to repeate that live. Angie has no such issue, it's the opposite - she can even improvise at will during a performance and take it one step up. She's really wolds apart from the usual level of ability that many professional singers have.

Like you, I look forward to her future productions. There is a difference between doing a cover and creating an original song. A cover song is already validated and recognized as quality by the public. But on a complete album by any artist how many songs are covered? very few. Creating an original is an adventure, the future is not written. Angelina is young, she is reaching an age where she will take more autonomy, she has to find her own path (hoping that the showbiz world will not destroye her). She may make mistakes but we can hope that her musical culture will allow her to create something original and new. Her latest productions stand out from jazz (where she excels) and it's a good thing to be able to create something new which is the quintessence of art. The very original adaptations of her covers let us hope for the best for the future if she manages to instill the same creativity in her originals. her first original songs are already an indication of his ability to produce quality. (sorry if the translation is simplist)

It sounded like a professionally produced studio recording. The balance between her and the guitarist was perfect and the clarity was astounding. Kudos to the sound crew for making this gem possible. I believe I've heard all her Christmas songs Hap, and for me, this one is the best. Just 11 (almost 12) year old Angelina and this wonderful guitarist. WOW! Just Fantastic! Makes me cry every time I hear it. For me, this is one of the most beautiful Christmas songs, and I Love Angelina's version the best. Many of my favorite Angelina performances are when it's just her and a guitar. My favorite Christmas song is "All I Want for Christmas Is You", and Angelina does a Great version of it. Do they need to be original songs written by her, or songs written by others that she debuts? The reason I ask is not all singers make good songwriters and visa-versa. If songwriters want their stuff done to be noticed she and Daneliya would be perfect for that.The way these two lady's cover songs it would be a good bet they can make any song better through their vocals. Angelina sings every song as truth. When you believe what you're singing it comes through. yes she is 11 she would turn 12 in January. She has been singing this way literally her whole life. The gift was installed and she is maximizing it for the benefit of everyone. But you see, that is why she is special. Something inside her connects with music in a singularly special way. For her it is all personal. The music is her way of communicating with the rest of us. In interviews she is quiet and thoughtful and intelligent, but when she sings the words they take on another several layers of depth and meaning. And when she sings something in us responds to that truth and we are overwhelmed. This is why I link Angelina and Daneliya together, they both sing in such a way that the words they sing have meaning that affect us deeply. I happen to be fans of both these unusually great singers. The first time I heard these singers was in the middle of the night three days apart and I have been listening and crying my way through all their performances since. I love both these young lady's very much they have helped me through some awful times. So I do not want anyone accusing me of playing favorites. Thanks for your reactions, I know how you feel and what you mean. It is like you have never heard the song before. What makes it even better is the kind of human beings they are. Both are kind and humble. I pray for them daily that nothing takes those qualities away from them.

Hap, great reaction to a beautiful song! My favourite from her is "All I Want for Christmas is You" and it's live. Unfortunately, the audio is not great but Angelina's jazzy arrangement manages to come through beautifully.
