I like what you said at the end, that she's 'genuinely talented' and that she doesn't need to hide behind gimmicks. She has been working hard on her craft for a long time, she deserves all the credits.

Not only was her late grandfather Japanese, but Angie's mother and uncle grew up (13 years) in Japan and sometimes they converse in Japanese. So, Angelina is familiar with the accent and could have had help from her family in preparing for this. It has been said that her accent was perfect. What an ear!

Hello, Master Dragon: So nice to see you today. How's your back doing? In English first. Beautiful Japanese song. Yes, she has a Japanese fan base, a European fan base (Norway, plus), a South American fan base, and now a North American fan base. She is already bigger than people know. That said, she is yet to be known as a mature, grown artist. That is arriving. We can see it. Thank you for your good words. Take care of yourself. Grandma Ellen, over & out. 💜

As always good points. Wie geht es Dir liebe Ellen??? In English: How are you doin desr Ellen? Good to talk to all of you guys. My guardian angel though it was time to humble me a bit and sent me covid with HIGH fever. The wife and me survived it, and I am allowed at the computer (Still in Quarantine). All the best to all my Co-angels, especially to you Ellen. Be happy, be safe and be caring for the not so fortunate. Sometimes its are the little things in live, that makes it worth all the other sh#t, like a smile from a stressed cashier, waitress etc.

@@elmarwinkler6335 , I am so glad you and your wife are recovering. Yes, such things sober us. We give thanks for every little good little thing in our life in humility. We are all vulnerable and the only gatthing that matters is the kindness of love. I have not met you in person, but would miss you if you disappeared. Prost! Guten tag. 💜

And in case you didn’t notice, she’s reading the damn lyrics! So she didn’t just memorize it phonetically. I wonder if she was taught how to read Japanese growing up.

Angelina's family is truly multicultural. I also read about a reactor that worked with specially gifted children. He claimed that Angelina shows clear signs of belonging to that group of children. I have looked a little at what can characterize these "gifted" children. To me, Angelina appears as a clear member of the small group of the population. But of course that's just an assumption on my part. By the way, English is Angelina's 3rd language! Already at 6 years old, she understands exactly what is meant in the lyrics! Incredible!

@@peterjohansson4442 Hi, again! I've just looked at my Angelina Notes file and found the following. Hopefully it will jog your memory. Quote: Spirit Wolf 10/5/22 on reaction to I'd rather go blind by Shop 31. "I taught gifted children for nearly 20 years and no matter what their gifts might be, they always have an unearthly ability to understand concepts at an extraordinarily young age. Angelina, without a doubt, understands what she is singing about. Her brain probably processes it all without her knowing how. I have worked with hundreds of gifted children with gifts in areas unimaginable to young children and you can quiz them about anything in their fields of interest, and they can run rings around most adults. I've worked with two-year-olds who could take electronic things apart and put them back after fixing them. I had a seven-year-old who was selling her paintings for very high prices since she picked up a paint brush at four years old. As for Angelina, I will never worry about her. I knew the first song I heard her singing eight years ago that her parents understood that they had a highly gifted singer on their hands, and they let her run with it. They instinctively knew they had to set boundaries, but should never hold her back. Angelina was naturally gifted with parents who nurtured her. This is the result of it: an incredibly talented child."

@@alberttenfoot Spirit Wolf and me are on the same wavelength. When I brought in this comment about "gifted children" he confirmed my suspicion, as he worked with such kid for 20 years. Friend you all sta safe and humble. Elmar from Germany.
