Angelina has been driven since she was very young. She knows what she wants and how she wants to do it. Her mother wanted her to has as normal a childhood as possible. With that in mind the family has carefully guided her career to give her that and at the same time supporting her dreams. She has had a long, although somewhat low key career for the last 10 years. She has been with Republic for roughly 3 years now. They agreed to be patient and allow her to finish school, which haloed this year. Now they carefully stepping forward with taking her to the masses. As you will be able to see in pics and video clips of her at Galas, fancy star studded parties and events. There is always one or more family members close by. Angelina is so much more than a great artist. She is very loving and humble, and there is no question that she is sincere when she says she wants to spread love and kindness around the world. When she sings her love flows freely from her heart to our hearts, often touching our souls and changing us for the better. Hi Red, Thats correct, Her grandma and grandpa watched angelina while her mother was a school teacher, So they were a big influence on angelinas upbringing. People keep saying angelinas an old soul. Thats from the old fashioned morals and values and ethics her grand parents instilled in her . Angelina is like a carbon copy of her grandma. Her grandma recognized angelinas talent when she was three years old and started taking her to record shops in norway and buying her jazz records of all the jazz greats. Angelina loved that kind of music . So without grandma Im not sure there would be an angelina the best singer on the planet IMO. I guess it would just take alot longer to be where shes at today, I dont think the world can hold back that much talent and angelinas determination to perform . AJ wrote a song about her parents and family when she was 12 called "SHIELD" that expresses her thanks to those that watch over her,, She also wrote a song after her grandpa died , called "MILLION MILES" this has 3 versions.. I think she was 14 when the home movie version was made and the Lyric version is her grandma's paintings turned animated with the lyrics. 3rd was the studio version she did with Republic Records at age 15. All are must see.

I think most of us fans are "oldsters" and feel very protective of Angelina too, like we would a daughter or granddaughter. Red, there is as you say, her family, BUT there are also very influential fans of her, like Mr. Quincey Jones, David Foster, His royal Highness Haakon, the Crownprince of Norway, Mr. Eugen Simmons, who took it upon him, to warn Angelina about drugs and alcohol. There are many others, as the Jackson family. They all keep an eye on this young woman. The CEO of Republic Records respects her very much and asked his director of RR studios LA, Mr. Rob Christie, to keep an eye on AJ. Today they work closely together, he playes the piano for her and is a bit of a guardian angel too. If anything came to pass to Angelina, almost all of Norway would be in turmoil. The people of Norway declared in 2014, shortly after NGT, 8 year old Angelina Jordan Astar, their National Treasure. That may not sound much, but, every artist, musician and engineer in Scandinavia, sees it as a honor to work with her. As a kid Angelina could walk through Oslo and people greeted her friendly. She even sung for a interviewer of the Oslo Evening News at the Christmas Market, without crowds swarming them. People looked, smiled and said "look Angelina sings, how lovely". The homeless of Oslo were her friends. She helped her grandpa with the homeless community of Oslo. Both grandpa and Angelina are well respected. Red, glad you really liked her version of the song! She sounded great , looked great, and that painting behind her was the work of her grandma Mery. Mery, herself, was a child prodigy and was recognized at a very early age as a wonderful painter and poet. They are inseparable and grandma's influence on Angelina is very evident. I do appreciate your concern about how she's been raised and what the future is to be. She is very protected but she is not naïve in anyway. Angelina is very bright and understands she needs to remain true to herself when the attention she receives reaches a zenith level. In regards to 'Hollywood', let's put it this way, Angelina will call the shots if she chooses to use Hollywood as a means to spread her love to even more people (if that will be possible)! I can guarantee you there will be no funny business if she chooses to make a movie. Red, I know you are saying that it is a place where trouble takes root. I get it. But Angelina and her team will bring a different quality to that camp and if there is anyone who can keep the road ahead clear of traffic and debris, it will be Angelina.

Another great reaction young lady! I personally feel her covers of Adele's "All I Ask" and "Easy On Me" (done at 15 & 16 I believe) are much better than the originals. I'm not a huge fan of this song, although I think she did a good job singing it. If you have a list you're using for reactions, you need to add her black and white tribute to Screamin Jay Hawkins, "I Put A Spell On You" at 9 years old, and her demo of "I'm Still Holding Out For You" that she did at 10 years old, that was thankfully leaked to the internet a short while later. There are so many other great covers and originals, but all things in time. Keep up the great work!

It is so good to see that Angelina really gets through to you, like she does to all of her fans🙂 I am not 100% sure about the number, but I believe that she has covered 13 of Adele's songs, as she is Angelina's biggest idol, at least when it comes to contemporary artists. Her ALL time favorite artist though, is Billie Holiday, and that will never change 🙂 In MY opinion, Angelina sings Adele's songs better than Adele does herself. No disrespect to Adele, obviously, it is just a matter of personal preference. Angelina just carries even more emotion in her voice I think. I guess that someone has told you already, but Angelina's 5 song EP called "Old Enough" will release on July 21st, in EXACTLY 48 hours from now, as I write this comment. I have been following Angelina closely ever since she entered Norway's Got Talent ten years ago, and I'm sick with excitement and anticipation, as I'm sure you can understand 🙂 That EP and her debut album with republic Records later this year will be her breakthrough. So far absolutely NO promotion of her has taken place, as per her and her family's wish, and it was also a premise before signing with Republic Records in 2020 when she was 14.
