The Westgate Resort and Casino in Vegas kept the name of the stage as the "International Stage" as it was named when the venue was the Las Vegas Hilton, starting in 1971. Westgate Resorts bought it in 2014. Angelina was so honored to be performing on the same stage where Elvis performed for 7 years. Currently the venue holds about 1500 people and Angelina's early show on February 29th appeared close to being sold out. They closed a part of the venue for her 9:30 show but ticket sales on the day of the show were very good and there may have been around 1000 in attendance. The entire day felt like a family gathering. Was great to see grandma Mery, looking fabulous and taking photos with some lucky angels. Angelina's mother, Sara, always spends time chatting with the angels. At the late show, I was sitting right in front of Uncle Michael (also her manager), his wife and two young daughters, and Juliette, Angelina's younger sister. They were very gracious upon receiving my gift of button pins, commemorating Angelina's first show in Vegas, I handed out to those in attendance. I now offer those pins to those who were unable to be in Vegas, for a small donation to the Dolly Parton Imagination Library. Mr. Robert Palmer(in comments) has provided a complete playlist of all 20 songs that JT and collaborators recorded that magical night at the Westgate Hotel and Casino, same stage as Elvis sang on, in his residency. I agree with you. The blue eyes are startling with all that black hair, but I like her beautiful brown eyes the most. Wait until you see some of her early videos with her wild tresses down to her bottom!

What’s so amazing is that Angelina can give me my favorite versions of songs in five or six genres. Think how different this performance is from so many other of her classic performances. And she’s now bending some genres to make them hers, and yes, she’s immediately recognizable.

Yes she wears contacts...sometimes you will see her with glasses also. This was the Westgate International Resort this is where Elvis had a residence for I think 7 years...I think they said they had ~1000 per show a 7pm and 9:30pm show on the 29th of Feb

Five years ago she "killed" this song in a small outdoor concert in Norway when she was 13, just before she appeared on AGT-Champions 2. In Vegas, she did it again with this emotional Masterpiece performance. Damn, she's good & thanks Zack for a great reaction!

We asked Miss Angelina about the contacts, when she began to use them, and she said:"today my bare feet remind me to be humble, The blue contacts remind me of Princess" Princess is this famous shoeless girl in the Middle East and she had blue eyes. You have to love her quick little smile right at the start! Adele is great. However, Angelina uncovers another song with her magical touch, it just sounds better with her vocals and she nails it! She excels in her craft and her work ethic is fantastic! Walk in there and be transported to Angelina’s musical world!

I thoroughly enjoy your videos as your comments are always genuine and insightful. A couple of things I will add regarding Vegas. Others have mentioned that there were approximately 20 songs that have been recorded individually that you can react to. But a couple of things in addition.... Firstly, Angelina debuted an unreleased original song called Princess of Ruins which is dedicated to and is a story about why she sings barefoot. It is upbeat and yet emotional. Makes a beautiful reaction. Secondly, there is a video documentary called 10 years in the making which is a brief history of Angelina's beginnings but quickly leads up to the Vegas performance and you will see the crowds and all of the preparation that went into the performances. Also well worth the reaction. I have just signed up for your Patreon so will legally await your reactions. Thanks for all and peace out.

Thanks Zack, James and Chris have done a great job of editing and presenting us with the best quality vids from this concert from cell phones. As far a any of us know, there was no professional recording of this concert so these are the best we have. Appreciate your support as always with Angelina. Yes. In the illustrations, done by her grandmother for the book, Mery seemed to emphasize the princess’s blue eyes. Since her grandmother wasn’t there during the encounter with “princess” she was drawing what was conveyed to her from AJ and Sara, who must have at least mentioned her blue eyes.

@@rogerwolstenholme2710 There are rumors out there that Mery had two kids in tow when she left Iran in the late 80s/early 90s which would make Sara and Michael pure Persian. As such, Angelina wouldn’t have any Japanese blood. And from the looks of Sara and Michael I don’t see much Japanese. But I see a lot of Persian, which seems to confirm the rumors.

Because she is a true 'Jazz' specialist and Adele is not, there is no way that Adele can match the emotion laden penetration Angelina brings forth in the singing of heartfelt ballads. She is a product formed from all she has learned from her mentor, the great Billie Holiday, with an ability to bring forth all the inventive elements absorbed from the most improvisational singer of all time.

Our little barefoot Princess is now 6 Feet tall and could be a top model if she wanted! I think she has done some things with her friend now, Hiedi Klum, who is the one who gave her a Golden Buzzer on AGT for Bohemian Rhapsody!
