Honestly all levels of chapter 4 are all equally hard in their own way Torment Therapy has a ton of well placed and hidden traps especially in zone 2 Mascot Mayhem has the most aggressive AI with by far the most annoying trap in all 3 zones and Bearly Buried is a straight up nightmare for both S rankers and speed runners

I'd say Torment Therapy is harder than Mascot Mayhem but ig. I mean they're invisible and they're fast, they keep chasing you until you die or stun them.

@@Xenorvya they also throw pills at you, and if they miss the pill will release a red gas, that the player can touch and get stunned, also meaning the Reaper Nurses technically have 2 methods of stunning you.
