Ignaz leutgeb was one of Mozart's best friends. I don't think Mozart would have written all his horn concertos for Leutgeb if he didn't like him, and wouldnt have written four if he didn't like the horn.

The valved horn does not complete the story. I wish this series had covered the development of the double horn, particularly since that is the very instrument Tuckwell plays!
