This was amazing and I really like learning a way to use my visualization as well with all of it, but this was the first time I have ever been able to clearly see, feel and know which chakras were clogged up. Also thank you because this was the closest I've gotten to my pretty lady since she crossed the rainbow bridge 6 years ago and while I also saw some of my ancestors I never thought I would be able to have her sit in my lap again for a long time, I know my higher self must be living with a whole zoo and gets to see Lady everyday, I still miss her very much. I love our two fur babies, but she was unlike any cat I had ever had before or since and she helped get me through some of my hardest times. Thank you for teaching, and I thank those in the higher plains for having you teach.

This made me realize how much I used to enjoy doing what I called "spacing out" as a child. Taking a bath, laying out in the sun, etc. was all about just going to that empty receptive place. Obviously doing so with intention is what makes this effective in communicating with spirit, but I remember really enjoying this mode of closing the eyes and slipping into a dream-like state. I started to judge myself as lazy and eventually became overly productive as a result. It is so interesting how we have to dismantle and unlearn to return to our original instincts.

Thank you, envisioned me younger (18) by a lake, walked into a wooden boat dock and sat down. I was dangling my toes into the water, barely touching them I was joined by my brother, then I glanced over my shoulder and my Mum, Dad and other brother were standing at the waters edge. As I ran toward them, I was even younger 5-6yrs, massive hugs, then we sat in a circle on the sand. Just sat. Nice.

Nicky thanks SO MUCH. I used to be in a development circle. Four in total in my 20’s, 30’s and early 40’s . I’m now 58 and this meditation has been extremely helpful at this time in my life. You are a beautiful special soul. I realised that when I first saw you with Alex Ferrari on his podcast Next Level Soul👍. I did see the top three chakra Color’s and often get messages from my family and pet’s mostly when asleep. It intrigues me how they piece together things to show me what’s coming up ( that seem strange at first) and I had one really emotional experience when all my relatives stood in my lounge females in the front and taller gents at the back. I was so overwhelmed with love and joy when witnessing this it woke me up with tears in my eyes. I am a Pisces. Soo know I’m sensitive to this. I also felt my dog jump on my bed a week or two after he passed over. I miss his physical presence a LOT. Sending LOVE AND BLESSINGS to you as I know you have been through the mill. During the chakra opening, my whole vision went green for the heart and it went all purple for the crown. When I asked my guides how I would know it was them, my feet tingled - and they are a portal onto themselves!- and I saw a vision of an eye complete with iris, pupil & lashes - something I see a lot when I meditate so it was nice to get confirmation of that! Soon after that I came across some of your recent podcasts where you were talking about base chakra grounding issues. That really helped. This was amazing for the first time in years I saw all the chakra colours. predominately red and a beautiful ultramarine . Pink is the colour I always see. I got a lot of images of people and clearly see my gran briefly, who I have most of the connection with. she died when I was 14 but my connection came with her when I was in my twenties. I knew her more after her death than when her when she was alive. I was also seeing a lot of dragons eyes. also before you just mentioned something- (animals and water ) I had already seen it in my minds eye. Always feel someone touching my right cheek. Hello Nicky from Los Angeles, California, USA! I only recently found out about you (in the past 6 months or so - it is Jul 2, 2024 as I type this), and I must say that the technique you taught in this video is spot on, especially the part where you said that while you might describe how your guides present something to you (i.e. your meeting room), that if our intuition said something different to then ignore your words and go with what we get intuitively. Well, instead of a "meeting room", my meeting place was actually a tree located on a slight rolling hill with the sun out kind of late afternoon light level...which was interestingly the same locale that I recall meeting Yeshua when I was in a surgery in Jan 2013. Also, to close the connection, I was actually shown a radio set I used to have as a teenager in the 1990's and shown to physically twist a dial for volume, or to change a station (for dialing in whomever I wanted to connect with), and that when I was done to turn the volume dial almost all the way down (but not to push the power button haha). Thank you for being so generous with your teaching...I am truly grateful and appreciate it more than I can actually say. 🙂

When I meditate, I always get the colour purple at my third eye. Sometimes I see what looks like an eye. Yesterday I dreamt about my deceased parents. My father was sitting on a couch and had grey hair and when I looked closely at him his face got younger, then last night at work, "Little old wine drinker" by Dean Martin came on the radio. My mother used to always sing that song and I could feel her around me. I got the colors purple and green during the meditation, and felt very relaxed but was occasionally going in and out of consciousness as I was tired. I will try again when I feel a bit more refreshed. Thank you Nicky 💜

Woke at 2.34 and did this meditation, walked along a forest, with a dear, a Robin following above and then met at the riverside by a unicorn then met my nan, smelt her and my grandad along with two of my spirit children Robyn and Andrew. Just amazing. Went out to my stables in the day light about two months ago and came dace to face with a big white owl, two days before that sitting up in bed drinking a cup of tea and a Robin flew into my bedroom, sat at the end of my bed tilted it's head then flew back out the window of en suite. ❤dearest Nicky, thankyou so much, this was incredible. My dad passed 4 days ago and this helped me to feel so much more confident in my connection with him. I asked him for a sign 2 days ago, that he's ok.. yesterday morning I ended up on hunstanton beach and a man nearby was flying a kite.. I couldnt believe it when he took off with the kite (a large one!) and kept flying back and forth over my head! It made me laugh and smile as if he was saying 'I'm fantastic, look what I can do, I can see for miles!!' I felt like I could go for rides with him, in my imagination! Just amazing. I walked down a corridor to a bench then got taken to what looks like mount olympus i went inside and saw a massive ❤ which said love in the middle with gold around the edge then some writing appeared afterwards i turned around and six people we lost in the last five six years ish were behind me and i got hugs from all of them and i was told i am loved i started watching taro readings recently but have stopped because in every reading they kept going on about a new partner and i love my partner ive been with her since I was 16 and when i was up there i was told shes the right one after everything i had loads of emotions thanks nicky bless you

Thank you for this wonderful video. I do find it difficult to calm my monkey mind whilst doing any sort of meditation but I know how amazing it is for me too. I've sat through this video and really concentrated and allowed my mind to wander and although it did keep on jumping back I have wrote down some interesting things and images that popped in. Things like constantly having purple colours in my eyelids, seeing full length silver/grey curtains with a bright light behind them that I was walking towards, seeing a tall backed silver grey chair that I wanted to sit on! I had visions of a lady and a gentleman but I couldn't see their faces so I'm not too sure who they were and then at the very end before I fully came out of the meditation I heard the year date of 2002 and saw a calendar on the wall in the distance. That was the year we got married so perhaps that's a significance too. I so can't wait to grab another hour to reconnect and to see if I can go further. Look forward to the next time. Thank you ❤
