No, if you look closely you will see it is Justin Kirk. If you go to IMDb for Season 1 of "Angels in America" you will find that Justin is credited with playing "Prior Walter / Leatherman in Park."

phil -- it is pretty filthy, I agree. But it was just one scene in the highly acclaimed "Angels in America." The production was very uneven -- some parts of it highly poetic, such as "Harper's Monologue" and "Prior in Heaven" (esp. Emma Thompson's speech) a scene that Kushner wrote to address the loss of hope by humanity in the 20th Century. Other scenes were cringe-worthy. But the point is this: the movie was not pornography, even though it focused on the plight of gay men dealing with the curse of AIDS. Stereotypes galore.
