Anger and reality check

I realized I have been very angry lately. Also had to give myself a big-time reality check...

I'm really sorry to hear that you've been going through a hard time as of late but it's amazing that you're aware of your emotions and you understand yourself well enough to know exactly why you feel the way that you do. It's much better to be like that than to end up getting more angry because you don't know what's going on or why you feel the way that you do. Hang in there mate and stay strong, things can only get better!

@thegreatwhaley Yeah I feel you! I do the same thing... Glad i'm not the only one. It definitely sucks having that thing on while working out though.

@MrDrewiscoo Ya, I do, which I know is breaking a cardinal rule. But mentally I just can't stand going without it :/ Very much a catch 22...

People do break their ribs with binders, so be careful buddy! Psychology of Gender, man, I took that, same crazy experience!!! Good to do your self check of reality.
