Indeed there is no truth in an anger. Anyway it is really very difficult for the majority of humanity to control and neutralize the tsunami of the anger. The root of the anger is our prideness, our inclination to condemn others and the fear of the death. Thats why we can overcome the anger by being more humble, merciful and courage.

Not all anger is bad. I read a story once from Yogananda or Hariharananda and it was that there was a spiritual person and he would get angry and provoke people. The theme of the story was that anger (e g used by a wise person to shake someone out of their bad habits/wrong beliefs ) germinates growth. So sometimes anger ( when used wisely ) can have its place

I agree, friend. We need to know how to discern between necessary and unnecessary anger, so to speak. Thanks for the comment.

@@mastersofeternity no problem 🙏. I think the sage was Narada. Not sure if it was a mythological story or an actual historical account but I believe he was the sage.

Thanks for commenting! According to Swami Sivananda, carrots could worsen irritability. I read that it is a food that is difficult to digest for some people and depending on how it is prepared with other foods, it becomes a tamasic food, causing lethargy and mental darkness, but I believe that only if you eat it in excess. The ideal is to consume them raw or simply cooked. 😊
