The Hammer Anger reminds me of the Hammer Scandal Pearl. I can get the same reaction playing down and in between the second and third arrow with the Anger just like the Scandal Pearl. It's not too strong nor too weak, which is what I like. I might purchase this ball, too and get the same layout just like my Scandal pearl.

I really wanted to get the Primal Rage Evolution when it was first shown off, but the Hammer Anger looks almost identical. A $50 price difference between the two is huge. Do you think there is any noticeable difference between the two balls?

Noticeable, yes, appreciable . . maybe. I think the Evolution is the stronger ball by a few boards.

For a lower rev player how much would you adjust the surface out of the box on this ball?

2000 is always a great place to start when you aren't sure. Anything smoother than that doesn't change much, and anything duller than that is going to really change it.

I'm still trying to figure out Storm's latest facination with driving the RG way down with the AI stuff. As you said it seems the higher RG and higher diff (not entry level?) gear is much more rare.

Their covers aren't great right now so they're trying to make up for that by buffing the cores, and it's been pretty hit and miss.

Yeah, talked quite a bit about surface in the first couple minutes of the video, I did fail to specify in this one though that everything of hers goes to 1000 grit on Jayhawk Bowling Supply's diamond dust pads.

Point noted though . . YT has been acting really stupid lately and it's pissing me off. This was the first version of the thumbnail and I noticed that you couldn't see the A at all, so I made angel's outline white and uploaded that. I'd also scheduled it to upload at noon and it just decided to ignore all that. The last 5 videos I've scheduled have just gotten reset for no reason.
