Thank you so much! I am an LVN student in my 2nd term, with 2 more terms to go--our program goes by Levels, so I'm in Level 2-- and I am struggling to find the correct way to study and pass my Med Surge I class. I have 6 more weeks of class and I think your channel is just what I need! I love how you break things down and I remember the parts most when you're like, " You better do this...and you better do that...LOL" hilarious, but helpful! Keep doing what you do! I love it and you are helping so many people! God Bless!

Q: 35 Initially I thought it was #2: Get the client back to bed, because the blood pressure is higher when sitting down as opposed to laying down. Also, the hassle of not having a chair around and leaving the patient unattended to fetch one if I’m the only one around. I guess I have to assume I have a wheelchair/ chair nearby the patient at all times. 🤔

For question 10 "what is the first intervention for a client experiencing MI" the question that you did prior to this one would make me think that the priority is morphine because it's simply allows for better oxygenation. So upset with myself for getting that one wrong....

Are this questions the same for pn nclex?
@NexusNursing3 жыл бұрын
the biggest difference is for PN instead of “call the Dr” your choice would be “notify the RN.” Also be sure to watch priority and delegations video so you know what PN is allowed to do versus the RN.
