I will do this today in my boxing 🥊 session, I will hit similar to Eddie in heavy bag.

Calculation 🧮, 1 hour and 15 minutes session, that 15 minutes for heavy bag after class finished, then I will shadow 1 hour approx, so totally 2 hour little more.

Today, Thursday is boxing 🥊 day, so I will boxing, after I finish I will buy plenty of sandwiches 🥪😋, then I will go for night shadow box. 1 hour
