Hey!! Funje is basically like fufu. But we make the Cassava Flour in another way. U can't use cassava starch to make funje, it will go wrong 😅. U can use corn flour also to make funje, it's made like polenta, but we don't season. The corn flour funje is more usual in south Angola. We use also sweet potato flour to make funje. Most part of Angolans don't use pumpkin in Dendén muamba (the one that is made like that, with Palm oil). But it looks nice! Thanks for sharing more facts about my country ❤❤❤😊
