Angry farmer clears up fly tipping

We've had fly tippers and the fool didn't see the CCTV. We didn't call the police we sorted it the man's way. We loaded up the waste and headed for their home down the road also followed by the muck spreader. After tipping on their garden we then had an accident with the muck spreader spraying the home. We knew the couple very well and they didn't call the police either. They won't be doing that again. Whoever tipped there they didn't come from 100 miles away that's for sure but from local. If you find them give us a shout and we will deliver it back to them for you Richard free of charges ;)

There are a lot of unlicensed 'companies' doing odd jobs out there. There are also a few web platforms where anyone can find a cowboy operation for odd jobs. I think you get what you pay for and, as Richard says, if they aren't licensed, don't use them. The cheapest way to get rid of rubbish is to call the council to remove it. They charge a fee of course but at least its done legally. You could also hire a skip. You could also bury, burn or compost your waste.

i live in a rural location behind the channel tunnel and see fly tipping on a regular basis .I am constantly e-mailing the council weekly with photo evidence and they are very prompt at clearing it.

Richard, this is well out of order, probably travellers offering garden clearance but who knows. I live out in the sticks and once caught a middle aged couple in the process of emptying a car boot load of old paint cans, wall tiles and plaster and some old carpet. Long story short i took a photo of them the vehicle and the waste and told them that they were going to pick every scrap of what they had dumped, or the police and environment agency would be involved as i had clear photographic evidence. Very funny watching them cutting thier hands picking up broken bits of tile and panicking. I still reported them also!

That's all you need to do is find out in ur area who has cut there cherry tree, who has put a decking down and ripped the turf out and who has lost their rabbit and give them a good lesson on not to do it again. Great video as usuall rich keep them coming👍👍

I used to do deliveries in rural areas, many times I couldn’t get access to farms, cottages etc because someone had fly tipped in entrances to driveways. Once I had to reverse 2 miles because there was a fly tip in the middle of the single track road. That and littering really makes my blood boil.

Tip's only open 3 days a week where I live. That's probably the main reason why there's a big problem with fly tipping especially in the countryside. My folks were discussing this only the other day.

I had this last week, but luck i saw the lorry going into the field as i was passing, so i droped off a trailer loaded with about 10 tons of hardcore right across the only gate in the field, i called the police, and can you believe it, they told me they had no one in the area to come out, so i told the lorry driver to get out of the field { he hadnt tipped his shit yet } while videoing all.

wow! actually opened the gate and went in. we had the same problem with illegal dumping on our easement entry. i called the county maintenance supervisor they told me put up a gate to keep everyone out and it did but the times i had the gate open people were bold enough to dump right while i was in the tractor plowing. it's hard to drive across a pile of old mattresses on the middle of driveway. you know if they did it once/got away with it they'll be back. trail camera time!

we farm in Central Alberta, Canada. we get alot and i mean alot of trash dumps by all kinds of people, even near by other farmer will dump their trash somewhere away from their lands. Winter time is the worst cause u can not see how much trash came till spring. We have found mail from people living 100kms away and not just a few pieces but hydro bills,cable bills and even love letters to people from 100kms away. one year my dad was fined cause there was someone else trash dump in the ditches along our property. weekly we clean up other people trash.

Last week I went to check on one of our fields and some one left us a old TV a load of plastic crap and a sofa and we have cameras in our Fields for this purpose and we caught who it was so we found out the person and where they live and dumped it at there house :)

You are wrong that no licenced disposal would dump like this. My dad died and we had to downsize my mum to a bungalow in West Brom. We hired a local skip hire-paid and had receipt. A week or so later an agent from Wolverhampton council came to mums old house looking for residents. We thought we had disposed of anything with address on but there was a lots of childhood items my dad had hoarded and there was my diary from 1973 they had found with address in it. My mum moved to bungalow in same street so they came knocking. Luckily we had receipt AND recorded the whole thing on camera...it was such an big thing getting rid of childhood things we videod a lot and wondered why the driver was camera shy....we were exonerated but never heard anymore. Fly tipping is such a scourge

A woman in my village use to tip her garden waste in the local church yard,we got a telescopic loader in to tidy the soil up from grave digging,all the garden waste wad on top of the soil so the farmer put his big muck grab on the loader and took her every bit back in one grab full and placed it right in front of her garage door,she was out at the time,came and asked the farmer later that day to move it with his grab and paid him,he took it to the local bonfire pile
