Context for the door slam btw, literally revved the car for some turbo noise. Officer proceeded to hold the massive que to threaten me with 3 points if I don’t ‘grow up you child’. Was a complete cunt throughout the entire thing then proceeded to slam my door.

He needs reporting as his behaviour falls well below the standard expected of a police constable. He is probably one of the many that has issues and didn't expect people to film their abuse of the public. I would have asked him to stay where he was and asked for another officer to attend. One day he will do this or worse to a senior officer or someone that will not be so polite. It is a good job your foot didn't slip as he startled you.

Mate - get this footage into the IOPC and make a formal, who the hell does this FAT LUMP think he is?? First of all if any police office wishes to speak to or advise a member of the public, they must ensure they have moved that person or persons to a safe location, even if this means following the officer to a selected area. Secondly, by opening the near side door, (passenger side) which was occupied by (I assume) wife/girlfriend and proceded to shout over her rather that address you from your. side of the vehicle, (THAT IS UNLESS SHE WAS THE ONE STRIDING HER LEG OVER TO THE ACCELERATOR AND REVING) and he was actually addressing her, no? ok i thought not. Last point and you'll like this, but must ask first who opened the door?? PLEASE LET IT HAVE BEEN HIM, If it was him he has clearly tried to intimidate and belittle you infront of your partner as there is not need for him to have done this, I assume your windows work and you would have lowered them if he had asked? Yes, exactly, of course you would. THE SLAM - the unnecessary use of force to open/close an entry point to any or indeed make contact with any vehicle in a manner consistent with the effects of anger is what?? ROAD RAGE get this printed and get it over to the IOPC, you'll be offered a little something as means of an apology but must push back hard. This FAT BIKER needs his collar felt, I wish this happened on my watch, he would have been as the side of the road doing push-ups and chanting "I'M A SILLY FAT SOD". I don't live to far from here, in fact very local, and I'm glad the cops clamp down on them. Japfest and the ford meet are the only events where people drive like total bellends. My 9 year old daughter was nearly hit by one of these pricks showing off.

I'm going to agree with you here! I'm an old git now but all through my driving time the Police motorcyclists pretty much to a man seemed to be a breed apart and not in a good way! Every single encounter with them either experienced or observed left an impression of of thoroughly practiced bellend-ism! Eventually I decided that maybe those guys were such a particular type that most other officers wouldn't work with them and they ended up in what's essentially a solo role?

This police officer needs to be reprimanded for his actions. Police in the UK need to remember the general public are their bosses and pay their wages. The job we have employed them to do is to uphold the laws we assign them. The reason every member of public has the same arrest powers that the police have is so that we never go down the route of a police state, this is why the UK police force have no more powers than any member of the public. I suggest this officer is educated on the Magna Carta and disciplined.
