tbitw 33 Sparring for a ram IS just head butting another ram. I know they are built for it but they can’t do it endlessly, that’s why one wins. This exercise allows them to practice, just as a heavy bag or double end bag, on their speed with strength and accuracy. I’m not sure you’ve been fully grasping my analogy
