Arteta has the "smartest guy in the room" syndrome. He will do things his way and no one else's opinion matters. We've seen that on full display with Tierney and Trossard on the bench when they needed to be playing. Havertz hasn't done well at all for Chelsea but he ticks all the right boxes in Arteta's heart. Arteta has about a year left. KSE is winning championships like crazy here in America. If Arteta doesn't deliver a PL or CL title next season, he should be gone.

This is a worrying signing, we hit on some signings under Edu and Arteta, but Viera last year and Havertz now is sack worthy, no matter how well we played for 30 games previous season we still crumbled and characters like Havertz wont change that. One thing about Lee is that he'll make his feelings known, but a point of growth would be to check facts before speaking and sometimes just simply allowing time to pass before giving an opinion. Kai can play in midfield he played there before on transition at Bayern Leverkusen and he played there for Chelsea under Lampard. The role that he plays is crucial though. You have to allow him to be more of a playmaker with the ability to ghost into the box. He's not really combative even though we've seen that in at times in the Champions League. Lots of potential there but he is not a player to build around, he's icing on the cake. He'll link the play really well, and will combine really well. Good player. The only thing is that I don't understand why the Declan Rice deal wasn't done before paying 60 mil up front for Havertz.

Havertz has been crap last season but so has everyone else, Enzo, mudryk, koulibaly, fofana etc, havertz was good under tuchel and he wanted him at Bayern. Maybe just see how he goes and where he plays in our system before slating him, you've made that mistake before..m
