A close friend kept getting this type of call and plotted a great revenge on the scmmer. Among his aquaintences was a MJ Grower, so he purchased a bag of MJ buds, put them in the box, and shipped it to the scammer from an out of town shipper . He was very careful in eliminating all possibe ID. With the drug laws in India, I wish I could be there when it tries to go through India Customs

scammers are so wierd, a while back they called my Saying they where from microsoft and have noticed i have virus on my PC, and Since its illigal to surf the web with virus on your pc they had to fix it, i told em "well its strange that microsoft calls me since i use linux" they still didnt understand and kept on going. and the longer i took the angryer they got it was a funny call :D

It should send up a red flag to scammers that while they are talking to people who never stop talking, who are always interrupting the scammers, that they are ASLO talking to scammers. If I was a scammer and the person I was talking to was constantly interrupting me, I will definitely believe I was talking to another scammer.

@@scottlarson1548 No Ctrl+S does not do it, but there is a break button on the keyboard, which will do exactly that. Btw. didn't know you could stop output in linux with Ctrl+S. I would normally use less for that.

When booting Linux, you can't put the output of the booting kernel through less since the system isn't even running yet. You have to use control-S to see the error messages before they scroll by.
