I got a scam call from India the other day and after he introduced himself I said ‘do you want to connect to my anydex’ he went silent and I said ‘you’re in India aren’t you, you’re trying to scam me’ and he hung up 😅 Thank you Peirogi ❤

Without opening those emails, forward them to the team. They have a "tipline" email that you can find in the channel's about section. I passed one on last week.

Love it! I share this stuff with my IT guy at work. We get a few emails and someone high up actually fell for one and gave a scammer someone’s paycheck!! I’m constantly warning people about scams! Calls, emails & texts!! You’re amazing!!

Thank you for your work. I watch your videos. I am subscribed to this channel. A scammer just called me. they had the names of all my banks, including closed accounts. Thanks to you I recognised there ploys and caught on quickly. I thought of doing what you do, but I don't have the experience (or the time). I just checked my open bank accounts and nothing happened on them. They probably got my name and information from a recent mailbox thieving that happened in my neighborhood. I got a few other calls that I shut down right away. Thankfully the police caught the thieves and told me about it. I went to all my banks and sites and changed my account numbers. once again, thank you!

It’s no less shocking hearing this on the 1st than the 100th time hearing their utter criminal acts! I doubt in my lifetime (I'm in my seventh decade) I'll see scammers be a thing of the past, but I would like to see them starting the be punished for they do and for that we need global and industry-wide cooperation. I never understood ppl (apart from trolls) who goes "this is boring do what I want because I'm ONE of the 1k+ ppl who watch you" if you find Scambaiting live boring... don't watch just spread awareness of what scams are and how to avoid beeing scammed... SP got plenty of YT content on both YT short and "normal" YT vids for you to help spread awareness. I'm Sad I missed the Live stream and have to make due with VoD ( SP-team if you read this keep the VoDs up for as long as you can and keep fighting the good fight)

I was scammed 12-13 years ago when my PC let out an ear piercing scream which led me to foolishly call the # provided.. I paid $200 and the next day, a “rep” from Geek Squad came over & wasted 4 hours at $100 per hour until I threw him out!! Next day, i switched to Apple and haven’t had an issue since!!

I finally got the call!!! It's was a triple play of stupid. My Amazon, pay pal, and personal banking accounts had all been hacked and used fraudulently. When they said those three things I was chuckling already. I have NONE of those things!!! I played it through awhile. It just got soooo ridiculous, I couldn't help but say honestly....I don't even have a working comp right now. They went through the script with me having no working computer. My dog could hear them...speakerphone. I ended up getting some packing and such done during this hideous call. When I told the guy that I had NO financial accounts...and NO computer...he hung up. If I get another one...I'm giving the phone to my 3 year old grandbaby. She can educate them on Elmo...books...colors...and her cell phone that is a very old broken one. Lol. I can only imagine.
