The funny part of all of this is that Wonder Woman is still dead. So her heroic sacrifice is now null and void because her fellow colleagues she thought she was fighting, weren’t actually her colleagues but instead clones. And it’s pretty clear this “twist” was a last minute fix due to the backlash. I refuse to believe that they always intended this to be the ending and casually drop it into DLC content instead of the base story.

I wouldn't say Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League was a total waste. The game's failure seems to have scared companies away from using live-services for the time being. Sony recently canceled TWO live-service games, and one of them was reportedly a God of War game. While I hate what SS:KTJL did to Rocksteady and the Arkhamverse, the fans thankfully voted with their wallets, and the industry might've listened. I see less live-service games being made in the future as a HUGE win for the gaming community.

Let me get this straight (ignoring that this clone plot twist ending was a last minute plan): Brainiac kidnaps the justice league, clones them, then uses those clones to kill and wreck house. These clones, however, have enough free will to know what’s wrong and shake the spell for a moment (like Flash telling WW to kill him and Superman’s hesitation) and have knowledge of the originals completely perfectly. Wonder Woman gets offed, the bat family is killed offscreen by ‘fake batman’ because he was offing civilians, then there’s a shoddy memorial for Kevin Conroy who will never be able to be the voice of Batman again because this was one of his LAST PERFORMANCES BEFORE PASSING AWAY. The Chop Suey squad then recruit several multiverse villains (who we never see in this final cutscene, btw) and fight all the brainiacs and kill them… TO *NOT* HAVE A BOSS FIGHT WITH THE FINAL BRANIAC AND HAVE IT BE THE ‘REAL’ JUSTICE LEGUE WHO TAKES HIM DOWN IN A ‘CUTSCENE’ AND REVEALS THE CLONES LIKE IT WAS A BIG BRAIN TWIST??? Then of course you got to let Waller, who sadistically tortured us and risked the worlds to keep things under her control, off with a little warning because she’s a girl boss who needs the credit with no one else (FLAG, WHO ISN’T EVEN MENTIONED IN THE CUTSCENE). This braniac is allowed to live, the multiversal squad gets to multiverse and ‘happy ending’????? Man this story sucked and there’s no way in any fresh hell this studio is going to recover, even with these retcon plot twists. Ever.

I think Brainiac made clones but mind control the clones. The clones believe they were the Originals. The lasso of truth would treat them as such. However there is of course still a lot of plot holes. If the clones believe they were the originals but were aware everything that was happening while under mind control. That means they are still living beings with a soul and conscience. Yet Batman's "plan" includes killing them which is super out of character. This is supposed to be the same dude who hesitate to kill a dying 600 year old National terrorist Ra's al Ghul living off of unnatural devil magic. As for Brainiac it doesn't explain why he only made one clone each. He had 2 weeks. What was he doing that whole time. Why didn't he make an army. Why does he need the JL alive to make clones. He just needs their DNA. If Brainiac can make GL rings. Why didn't he give his clones or himself one.

The fact WB saw how disastrous this game was yet STILL decided to tell their shareholders “yeah, we’re not only going to keep the live service formula, but double down on it with future titles” is just baffling. Time and time again we see studios trying to chase the fortnite live service success or being forced to do so by executives and publishers while crashing and burning almost every time. How many more people have to lose their jobs because executives can’t see past their bloated wallets? How many more IP’s have to be retroactively tarnished or destroyed before executives finally get through their thick skulls “WE DONT WANT THIS!”

Should have just made a simple movie. They go to space. They get hit with cosmic energy get powers. Reed goes to an old friend to help make a cure. So they go to Dr. Doom country. Ruler of the country is Dr. Doom but they don't know it is Victor. Victor helps them while they are Bing attack by Dr. Doom bots and monsters. Victor is actually secretly testing them and studying their powers. The F4 eventually find the truth. Victor goes full Dr. Doom. The F4 stop his evil plan. They barley escape the country and save the day. It allows a way for a lot of fighting, characters spend time together. They get to see Victor on a personal level as well as Dr. Doom's incredible planning. Simple as that. But nope just one serious of pointless jokes and the other stuck in a dark room.

Such as the programmer Ben Wyatt and producer Daniel Bailie. Idk, I haven't deep-dived into it. I personally think the Arkham series took a nose-dive once Comic book writer Paul Dini left (he is the writer of Arkham Asylum and Arkham City, he did not return for the later ones)

The funny thing is that there's no evidence Harley and Ivy were even dating in the Arkhamverse, but because it's a common thing in other stories they just retconned it in and acted like they were always a thing.
