The Zadda, you know the thing with depression, it’s an identity people can go by…. & blame/victim reality. OR .. You can see it’s just natural & normal EVERY emotion & EXACT destined times in everyone’s life it’s scripted. You’re just being natural & real to the experience it is & then you shift to the next when destined & the roller coaster of emotional/feels life continues. Everyone feels rejection, loss, unworthiness, has shame, anxiety, fear, jealousy, anger, sadness as a starting point & when it’s experienced, it comes down to if the person is in denial of, or they are accountable & own their experience when it is destined in them. This is living from heart & honesty vulnerability, not staying in the stubbornness of mind/logic analytic denying it. It’s about personal accountability, being real about what it is & just being vulnerable in what it is, that is a part of heart vulnerability as well as just being honest in the name of truth. There’s nothing wrong with you, its just society has never been educated to change their relationship to feels & emotions before. Psychology is a system of mind, we get told the answers are in the mind, that’s what fucks most people up. It’s not heart, that’s why people think & logically try & answer why things are the way they are, or AVOID, rather than be HEART VULNERABLE. Well you’re owning your “depression” as you call it… I say you are just being real & normal in acknowledging the experience you are having. The other reason if you really want to know the truth, is depression is God separation trauma, in blame & victim. People feeling seperate from God, that is having a relationship with human Jesus in heart intuition and just knowing you are on the cross with him heart ripped wide open, arms right out just feeling destiny that was meant for you. That’s not blame/victim, that’s power of heart not being separated from God anymore & more like”bring it on, I don’t fear destiny anymore”… Rather than thinking you have a depression problem(like the people that suffer from anxiety, thinking they have a problem.. no they are just experiencing the natural emotion of anxiety when destined) Depression doesn’t have to be your identity anymore mate, you have a choice!
