I think Krishan is the only god who's tale has been twisted and destroyed by everyone by taking everything into literal sense and judging it based on human standards.. krishna's relationship with gopis is pure and platonic, he is the only god who allowed his devotees to imagine him any forms, a relation of minds, Because Krishna is free from any kind of desires and he happily accepts the DEVOTION of these devotees which represents "spiritual love" Krishna only has 16+ thousand wives in the namesake , they were the princess who were kidnapped by asuras so when lord rescued them they requested to take his name and be called his wives to protect thier dignity and soon after that they lived a life of devotees in a safe place provided by Krishna. Krishna real wives are described as astabharyas (principal Queen's ) who represents the forms of astalaxmi which Further proves that narayana cannot be with anyone that is not his other half "Laxmi" !

Radha was the full incarnation of Lakshmi. All the other wives of Krishna are part of Devi Radha. It was Bhrigu's curse that Lakshminarayan should suffer the pain of separation in all incarnations. due to this course Radha and krishna were separated physically, but spiritually they were always one. This is the biggest fact that proves Radha is the true incarnation of Lakshmi. Think about it, Narayanan can love anyone other than Lakshmi?. absolutely No.....Krishna loved Radha more than his soul. According to Krishna, Radha is half of his soul. Narayanan can include anyone in the soul other than his Lakshmi?. Never........ It is impossible. so it is clear that devi Radha is Lakshmi and Radhakrishnan is Lakshminarayanan. All the other wives of Krishna are part of Radha. you may think that Rukmini was Krishna's wife, so she was lakshmi. but never forgot that marriage is human-centered. Radha and krishn are gods. They do not need the bond of marriage, because they are one through the ages. and they want to teach the meaning of true love to the world. it was not like all yadavs were killed in that fight krishna was born in yadav clan which was started by samrat Yadu. And krishna was born in one of the most prominent branch of family. So it means that apart from this family there were also other yadav kings and had family tree. Also even krishna family members were not killed bcz there were children, infants and other younger people who didn't took part in that fight, so neither all Yadavs were killed nor all of Shri krishna's lineage was finished. And FYI the king of mahismati arjun who's sons were killed by parshuram was also yadav king but his lineage survived somehow..

One day, All the Yadavas (Excluding Krishna) gathered to celebrate an occasion. They had their differences and quarrels and over drunken brawl, They killed each other, This event lasted 3 Days. In the end, Krishna's lineage was wiped out completely. Krishna too had an Ill fate, He sat near a tree sleeping and a Hunter mistook Krishna for a Deer and killed him !!!

Narakasura was killed in Dwapara yuga, and Naraka chaturdashi is celebrate to honor killing of their child, who became asura, through his gunas. Krishna took all of these princess (who were daughters of God's, rishis, kings etc) and with maya every night, Krishna would spend time with them and fulfills his obligation of husband and to create progeny. Krishna was merely following the purusharth and remember, it was Dwapara yuga, adharma s maya was ruling, with truthfulness being only one part of kala. That's why because of his beloved son Samba, who was blessed to be exactly like Krishna in looks and actions, who is, one of Rudra born to Krishna by boon of Lord Shiva, yadavs were cursed by rishi due to action of Samba(Krishna was cursed by gandhari, to fulfill this curse only, Samba was born). Even the Lord have to adhere to the rules of land, and since, it was dwapra yuga, he accepted the karma( good and bad) for his actions of dhrama and following svdhrama. To show Moksha is the only way reunite with brahman and every individual born on earth will undergo pain, pleasure, happines, joy, no one is exception to this. Let it be avatar of Parushuram, Rama, Krishna, Buddha Lord experienced everything as any human does.

Krishna's sons were very very powerful. In strength they were just like their father. Lord knows that because of intoxication of power they will bring trouble to the world. So Krishna made an arrangement that they will fight and kill each other (secondly because of the curse of Gandhari also). There was heavy fight among themselves. Most of them were killed. Few of them were left they are called Yadavs (derived from Yadus clan of Lord Krishna) of present time.
