I didn't receive the free basket with mine, so I asked about it and they promptly shipped one out to me.

The clinking noise is likely the battery slopping around in the main tube, as I've seen this before with batteries that are inside the main tube. It'd be nice if there's enough room for an air shim/wedge, to secure the battery so that it doesn't rattle. With bikes this large, the pedals are kinda only for appearance... to make it look like it's legal. I'm considering the Aniioki A9, with the 26" wheels to smooth out the bumps a little more than these 20" wheels. Here in NM you can legally ride any electric bicycle around as a moped, without registration or insurance, as long as you have a valid driver's license... and you don't need the motorcycle endorsement on your license. So, one could putt around on an UBCO and it would be considered a moped, and not need a license or insurance... and they're limited to 30 MPH. The UBCOs are easily 2x the price of the A9. I'd love to see a review on the A9, though I don't think there's much difference between the A8 and A9, other than wheel diameter.

the A9 came out about a week ago also i personally own an A8 an its a beast in weight while being still lighter then an legit gas motorcycle. From what i can tell about the A9 it has a slight improvements over the A8 at the cost to you as an slightly higher cost to own. if the A8 is like 2,800 after the fact due to the summer sale both A8 an A9 are still cheaper then an suron bike with or without being on sale... other note, you might need to take into account their is a coming union dock strike slated to happen after the 3rd so will delay any e bike delivery when they run out in their warehouses, you could end up seeing an easy 3 month wait delay coming up when it calms down.

This is what I've been saying too Bro. There is no competition aside from the Eahora Romeo, and that's still less watts, and made by the same Main company as Anioki. the lyric Graffiti x has a rear motor, and is in this class of bikes. Point being it is a 60v 7,500 watt peak motor. 50 mph. It smokes everything in this class of bikes. ( Meaning Enduro style bikes with pedals) I need one that goes 50 so I can keep up with traffic.

If they're advertising these as 40mph ebikes for the street and the law is ebikes have to cut out at 28 (or whatever applies in your area) then how are they legally selling them? Probably a better question would be what happens if you get pulled over? I know the "off road" loophole is used quite a bit but that's pretty doomed (imo). I read somewhere that some police have the equipment to put an ebike on it and measure it's capabilities and can confiscate it if it's over the legal limit. There's also lots of stories on ebikes being confiscated for going too fast. I know, anecdotal, but this is only going to get worse.

I have four of these bikes or should I say I am stuck with four of these bikes. My fault, I purchased all of them way too close together. Have had nothing but issues. I received my dual motor promax 8 months ago and still can’t get it right. They sent me parts trying to fix it. They sent me a controller that slowed my bike down from a 45 mph bike to a 38 mph bike. Then they tell me my speed is fine. After two months of fighting with them. They finally just sent me another controller, I haven’t even had time to install it yet to see if it works. This will be the third controller. I’ve had to replace in this bike that did not work. ( NOW MY SHOCK WONT HOLD AIR ) I tried replacing the core valve. Put soapy water on the whole top of the shocking valve stem. No leaks there. I have to loosen and move the handlebars and re-fill it every time I go riding. I have walked out twice in my garage to find my expensive bike laying on the concrete because the forks went empty. They tell me that’s OK. You have to put air in them periodically. Lol Not to mention all the other issues I had with the single motorbikes. if you don’t have a lot of tools and willing to work on these bikes. Stay away from them. I am not just speaking for me and my four bikes but also a lot of people I know on Facebook. It’s just a fact. if you look at all of their reviews on their site and Amazon, including mine. I hate that i have to put the bike into dual drive mode every time i turn it on. i have set it to dual drive mode in the settings on the bike but it doesnt take so evey time i turn the bike on i have to set it to duel drive. i have changed the tire size in the settings and it stays but not the drive setting it is very irritating. they used carbon steel to make the bike, when i got my bike it was pre scratched from the factory and at 1500mi it is rusting in multiple places. if you want a bike to last you a lifetime get an aluminum bike.
@Timbodacious2 ай бұрын
looks like they went the extra mile to design their own beefy forks to handle the front motor but they could have factored in that dual disk 150mm front hubs already exist or they could have just spun up some custom front hubs to run dual 203mm disks with a y splitter for the front hydraulics. it would have been a much better look than that.

The suspension is ridiculously loud and sounds like a hammer smacking metal... the front forks are total garbage, the rear shocks are total garbage and way too stiff. and the disks sound like you are ringing a bell, this requires lifting the bike by the frame (not flipping it upside down) and adjusting the caliper and caliper mount around to make it align, and then its still not enough, the caliper body rubs the caliper and needs to be ground down to allow it not to rub the disk. and the seat is crap... way to hard. - lastly the Pirelli 871-5223 tires @ 99/ea work amazing on this bike. this is NOT offroad, dont do it, unless its not bumpy, if its bumpy you will swear its coming apart because of the slamming suspension and bell ringing brake rotors
