I’ve got another recommendation for you. Take the reflectors out of your spokes and then get the 3M reflective tape to fit your taste and your wheel size. invisible in the daytime. And jump right out at night.. and you will notice the difference taking that lump of plastic out of your spokes as far as smoothness.

Great video! How's your experience been since you installed both tires? Could we get a video update with some night shots to see how well that head light shines Just wanted to add that with the 110/70 16 you should gain a little top end speed as you should have a final wheel size of 21.5" Taller wheels spinning at the same rpm travel a little further. Though if you went with a 100/90 you should gain even a little bit more top end as you'd be rolling a final wheel size of 23" and you won't miss that 10mm of width at all. As 100mm is only 2mm less than 4" That's only 1mm off each side compared to stock tires you couldn't even use the actual edges of anyway The Kenda K671 Cruiser ST Front are reasonably priced compared to the Shinko 567, and is a 110/90 16 basically $13 more per tire
@Raspyrides4 ай бұрын
@@geauxracerx thanks for watching! The headlight actually isn’t that bright. Once summer is over, I’ll probably change it. True there is less rolling resistance but the tires are pretty darn heavy so idk if it’ll actually help with top speed.

After all of this time, was the tire upgrade worth it? I'm currently waiting on a Aniioki A8 AWD, and I'm split between doing a tire upgrade vs going with Tannus Armor + Flat Out (which I've done, with great results, on my current ebike). Being local to you, I'm riding in the same environment, and know all too well how easy it is to get a debris flat, thus the question on the tires. Finally, in the current setup, are you still running with Flat Out?
