Just hope that most of the audience members get it that she is changing subdivisions and doing rhythmic displacement. To the non musically trained ear some parts may sound like she is off. She is never off. Glad she remains true to herself, not doing crowd pleasing stuff and with her confident "No worries, I know what I'm doing and it's fun" smile it should be clear: she really knows. Awesome!

Always a pleasure Anika - academically speaking; probably among one of your best videos demonstrating Beat/Rhythm, Time signature and Musicality (music-al-ity) is "sensitivity to, knowledge of, or talent for music" or "the quality or state of being musical.” (wikipedia) There is a lot to be gleaned here if the viewer cares to examine the complexities. Is that a Tama silver star kit? That’s one of tama’s low-mid range kit but still sounds amazing. I have a tama starclassic BB hyperdrive kit and also just bought a tama silverstar kit for 400 bucks as a backup and still a great pro level kit and amazing bang for your buck but my Starclassics are my babies for life.

I like Groove Drumming, i would be stupid not to like this. & it's really the only thing i can do i guess, there's is really know other level of Drumming, higher then one kick pedal Drumming, i guess one kick pedal drumming is Best, & is better then 2 or 10 Double Kick pedal's, there was this drummer, that came up, Albury way once, & he played 10 double kick pedal's, i just wish i could Remember his name. He Was a Legend Like Anika Nilles.

I'm just not sure, why some people need, 10 Double Kick Pedal's for, on a Drum Set, i alway's thought 2 would be enough. Or even just one Kick Pedal. Maybe it's just used for Heavy Metal music Only & Fusion & Blast Beat's. There just for being Amazing i guess. & Extreme & Legend Ultra Hard Mode Difficulty Setting's Mode. like Thomas Lang. but the Drummer i sore at the age, i was about 8 year's old, was not Thomas Lang Or Tony Royster JR, he would Kick my Ass Every day. He played a wash board & 10 Double Kick Pedals, & Congo's & Bongo's, at the same time, & it's not me ether, It's Not Even a Joke 11,000%, i'm for Real not having u on Ether. i don't even know if his still Alive or even Around. Every week, & for ever he Rock's. If i could Remember his name, he was a real Bad Ass person. That never really would talk much at the end. of the Workshop show. In the music store in Albury NSW. 2 anyone here?. doe's anybody here?. Know that Drummer's Name????????????. He played a Pearl Extreme Drum set Green set of Drum's, with so much on the Drum Set, by the time you go home, he would be still there packing the hole thing away.
