Friends, it is not merger, it is Amalgamation. There is difference betweenMerger and Amalgamation. Merger involves swaping of shares. In Amalgamation just consolidating of both entities balance sheets happens. Hence dont use. Words Merger in respect of RRB amalgamation. PCG
