I like that the villagers in this game say "I'm going to give you my photo." instead of something like "Here, take my [Villager's name]'s photo." that's in the newer games.

It never happened to me but I was always looking for the villager who wants to move out as it was very frequent. On the wii and switch I still got some starting villagers since it's a much slower process 😆

I'm so amazed by all the trading with the special NPCs in this game. It's so complex. Did you know about this for a while? How did you discover this trading system?

Some of my blog readers told me about it. Last year, I decided to get all of the golden tools I hadn't earned yet, so that's how I got into the trading sequence. And then I wanted to earn all the special character pictures too.

Heya Jeff, Just wondering if Wild World is a title you'd recommend? I have played New Horizons, New Leaf and City Folk but not the Gamecube version and Wild World. I've been thinking of getting Wild World to play on my 3DS (because its backwards compatable with the DS) but I wanted your opinion first. Thanks!!

I know you asked Jeff, but I can really recommend wild world! it was my first animal crossing game and it's amazing, the dialogue is hilarious as well. You should totally get it!

Yes, as long as you're not expecting it to have as many features and conveniences of the newer games (and if you don't mind the graphics 😂). There may be less to do on a daily basis, but the dialogue is among the best in the series, and it has some unique events as well.

That's the end. The trading sequence is primarily about getting the golden axe, but it's also the way to get Nook's pic, Pascal's pic, and K.K.'s pic. I've got them all now.

The easiest way is to get your slingshot out and wait by the gate for the first ten minutes of each weekday (except for Redd's day, or if you see another visitor in town). Shortly after the last digit of the clock hits 2 or 7, the UFO may fly over. I seem to get a UFO about once every three weeks or so.
