When I was living in Saga prefecture in Japan, a wild bore tore through our shoji windows into our living rooms, trashing through our kitchen and injuring my wife (she broke both her legs and a collar bone). While the damage was extensive, it could've been so much worse, with our baby sleeping in another room. Wild animals aren't evil, but they sure can hurt us humans a lot (which we do deserve to a certain extent thinking of what we've done to nature).
