Edmonton remand center was BAD, you only got enough calories for an inactive man in his 30s otherwise you'll go hungry sooner rather than later. Some inmates fill their entire duffle bag when canteen is distributed once a week, others do favors like trade their phone calls for bricks or fruit. Soup day was alright for me because a lot of inmates gave it away because they HATED how starchy it was, I wasn't picky and appreciated the extra calories. We got a small ice cream once a week but on sundays we were only fed twice, really makes you wonder how many corners they're cutting to maximize profits without pushing the inmates to riot. From what I hear federal prison is way better and a lot of inmates were trying to get transferred while I was incarcerated.

This make me cry when I see them all it is just sad watch all of them but it is cute for the little kids and boyfriend and girlfriend be back together and the habash and wafie be back together is well

This is very sad to the people that they going and tell them that they are back are so happy to see them
