Oh you could see the relief in Waverly's eyes as he was adjusting and shaking Waverly's neck. The way Waverly's bottom lip was just flapping around was another indication that relief was in the making for them. Waverly was very trusting and knew you were there to help. Thank you for attending to these animals in need!

Pretty sure the way horse's relive stress / where tension builds is in their gums the the same kinda way tension can build in our necks. Which is why he is moving his lower jaw around

Except that it's not. The horse's immobility to the point of not being able to graze is a sign of a decent amount of pain. Don't confuse that for someone who's been slouching and enjoying a shoulder rub.

It's always lovely when you see 2 species understanding each other. Not just following orders, or doing what a trainer taught them, but "understanding", putting their natural guard down, trust the other one and then something good coming out of it. Nice feeling

You can see that the horse is understanding he's being helped, when they do the licking and chewing that means their happy and comfortable.

I love how you can see the exact momente when the pain was gone. Not only in the horses eyes but also behaviour. The wouldn't let his head being held in that position. Good communication here between these two 👍❤

OMG! I could hear the popping! He will be so much better when this treatment is finished! Thank you so much for your dedication to helping horses! I had no idea they suffer like me. I have arthritis in every joint per my doctors! I bet they don't do joint replacements! I had both hips replaced, wrists finger surgery etc. I was in so much pain I was in a wheelchair...Now I have nerve pain for the last 20 years due to dr error in surgery- Being overweight doesn't help! Working on that! Thanks again for your help with the horses! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Here in Germany there was a well-known horse "chiropractor" (he wasn't a medical professional, just applied traditional knowledge) by the name of Tamme Hanken, who sadly passed away in 2016 due to a heart attack at 56

@@doug132639 i can tell you from firsthand experience that very few if any high end eventing horses have “horse chiropractors” work on them. I doubt race horses do either.
