Brandon mcmillan is the most gentle, thorough and effective dog i've ever encountered. My friend and i love the dog show and never miss it. So many times we've shed a tear of happiness just seeing a dog's life changed forever when proper training is applied and they go on to live their lives the way they should. I have brandon's book kzbin.infoUgkxK8-VQWpYThx4IC6MiIvb6VS1ebTzzdxq in two formats. Not only the paperback version but also the kindle version to refer to when i don't have the paperback along with me. I have used his methods with my cavalier kc spaniel and turned a non-disciplined furbaby into a companion who has traveled thousands of miles with us across the country. He is a near perfect dog thanks to brandon's methods. I don't get one cent of kickback for recommending brandon but i do it because i love dogs. They deserve to be given a chance. Brandon's mission in life - to rescue dogs and place them in a forever, happy home - is very dear to my heart. I recommend his methods to anyone who has a dog - young or old. I've seen him take even old dogs and teach them. Brandon was an animal trainer before his current mission. His parents were animal trainers. His methods are the best i've ever found. Your furbaby will thank you for spending the money on this book. Don't hesitate - it is worth every cent.

I used to have a pure white Malamute, he would always be outdoors even during blizzards. I'd wake up in the morning with like 20-30cm of snow down, go outside and be like "JAKE, DINNER" and then you'd just see this big mound of snow move as the dog stands up. Heck he even had a doghouse, he wouldn't even use that while outside. He'd rather go outside in a blizzard, lie down on the ground, and go to sleep in the snow then to come in or use the doghouse. Big dogs with thick coats like this love the cold, people need to realise that.

(Those same types of people would likely insist their dog is very intelligent, despite acting like that.) I feel bad for those dogs. It sucks being too hot all the time. I'm assumed to be a dog hater, when really I just hate how humans keep projecting themselves onto their animals all the time, or always jump to the most convenient assumption for themselves, and not wanting to be the one to deal with their consequences of that. We had a German Sheppard and a hybrid mixed dog (before it was legal) LOL. They would go crazy when it snowed or rained. My mother would complain saying they had their 2 hour walk/run already. My father would make them howl just to bug my mom. So we just had to let them go out and run around the bad weather in the back yard.

Maybe they are trying to get you outside because they feel hot inside? Dog: If I’m hot the buddy that feeds me is hot! Wolf/dog: Yea! Come out and cool off bro!

You’re not serious right? Also it’s a hybrid, not quite completely wolf. Believe it or not it’s not that dangerous to raise a wolfdog, provided you actually know wtf you’re doing and can be responsible about it. Most people are just too biased in their fear to realize it.

i have a australian shepard dog and he constantly prefers to sleep outside in heavy rain than in his dog house when i have a good look at his fur the outside is completly soaked but deep inside is sompletly dry and warm, these dogs were just made for that.

I need to send this to my neighbor. It was night and she threatened me that she was going to call animal control because I left my dog out "all day" (was only an hour). My dog is a golden retriever. i live in southern california. The weather was around 70 F. She was telling me it was cold..... while the door was open and my dog had no interest coming in. people that dont have large dogs dont get it.

20 years ago the Husky got outside and no one noticed and everybody went to sleep. 6 in the morning the next day everyone was shocked to see that the dog had survived. It was minus 20 degrees and the dog slept on top of a snowbank

That's like people who dress their dogs, I live with 3 dogs and one had puppies, none of them wear anything, they have their own hair to protect them from winter and summer The only dog I "dressed" was my old doggy who was dying, she couldn't warm up herself in her last month (we had to sacrifice her in a vet, because of her suffering💔)

My two shepherds are the same, they will go out in any weather to get their play on, even Heavy rain doesn’t stop them, just a pain in the but to towel Them off😂 and like your guys, they really just want to be with us and hangout, like when they stand by the door, they really waiting for you to come Out in the rain to play 🤣 very good looking pups,

I had a Collie dont remember the exact breed i think it was mixed it was a rescue pretty sure it was either a rough or scotch collie who learned how to open our back door just so he could go play in the rain and snow, never had to worry about anything happening to him due to weather, i was more concerned he would find away through the fences and into the road then i was the weather
