Today we have everyone's favourite Shrek Villains in the Courtroom. We got Lord Farquaad ( Shrek ), Fairy God Mother and Prince Charming ( Shrek 2 and Shrek the Third ) and Rumpelstiltskin (Shrek 4Ever After, Shrek forever after). What crimes have they comitted? What Fairy Godmother should also be Charged For: One Count of "Kidnapping". One More Count of "Coercion", which could also be a Count of "Blackmail" or "Extortion". FINALLY! Someone who mentions Farquaad's crime of getting rid of all fairy tale creatures!! There are a couple videos that exist that do sentence Farquaad for his crimes, but I am glad that you are the one to finally include his biggest crime out of all of them that is always overlooked. Also, nice touch on the dictatorship charge as well; that is something I would not have originally thought about when watching this movie but it is indeed very true and quite fitting for him. And do I need to mention the funny touch of just the top of Farquaad's head being seen on his mug shot? Two things I will ask: would the crimes that Fairy Godmother committed also be considered as treason due to her acting in defiance against the throne of Far Far Away and attempting to get herself (indirectly through her son) in power? Also, doesn't Rumpelstiltskin also usurp the throne after he kills the King & Queen due to him not having any royal connection to the monarchy? I think those are two crimes that you may have missed in this video. Even still, great video!!

Rumpel no. Because he just changed the time in a line the King and Queen didn't exist and proclamed himself king. But he would be charged for animal cruelty (The dragon in his place, using donkey as his transport for the ogres), the capture and extermination of all ogres (Maybe genocide?), Dictatorship, Slavery, property destruction (he broke Pinocho's book at the library), fake death or injury (I don't know the name or of this is a crime but I guess it is).

Devil's advocate here: Technically, since Rumple was the ruler of the kingdom (history is full of kings who took power through coercion or murder), capturing Shrek would not be false imprisionment. The witches were sent to apprehend an intruder in his lands, Shrek resisted arrest, and was subdued.

I'm afraid about the death sentences, one can only live once, and therefore can only *die* once, so there can only be *one* death sentence per prisoner, no matter how many crimes worthy of this kind of sentence he or she has committed. One death, just more charges worthy of it. Charming for two of his crimes, Farquaad for *three* of *his* crimes, and Rumple for *two* of *his* crimes, which is really the same one, just for two monarchs at once.
