After I create my ring top, I can't get both rings to show up at the same time. What am I doing wrong?

Please can you help me. Every time I use mattes I can a pixelated outline from whatever I've cut out. When I rotate the ring, I can see a darker shaded line of the cutout of ring bot underneath ring top. Why does this happen?

Try unchecking 'Composite Matte with original' on the set matte effect on the rectangle layer.

Hi, this is really cool and i tried making it following your instructions, but i got to a point where the middle rectangle doesnt dissapear when the circles do the first flip. I applied the "Set Matte" twice as you said, but when the circles start moving, in the 2sec mark, the rectangle still there, and i dont know what to do

Nevermind, one of my circles did´nt have the anchor point completely centered
