You create the handles by adding an Edit Patch modifier to the morph target. This makes the handles appear for you to make adjustments. You can use other modifiers to make morph shapes.

Hey this is a bit of a late reply but i just came across this video. The reason the you're seeing so few edges is that the model is a NURBS or patch model, rather than polygonal.

Can anyone know is ther solution to convert from high poly editable poly object to editable patch, and create custom patch to handle face like in video ?

*IWatchWeirdVideos* no he just has isoline display on, which makes it look like it has a low poly count. A head with that low polys would look like a splodge
