Great work, very informative. You say that weight doesn't have to be realistic but believable. If you're going for a realistic animation which method would you recommend for a better shot?

Hey, sorry I missed this. There's no real "method", I think, for making something feel realistic or not. Just training your eye and getting it to "look right" like any other art form, you know?

Hey Mohamed. It's only supposed to be 10 minutes. For some reason there is a lot of blank space on the end. I'm not sure why. But that is the whole video for now. :)

Great tutorial! Just a question, which animation toolkit are you using?

Thanks! I was using a package called "TradigiTools". Not sure if it's still out there, but it was pretty great :)

little question here for UI devices. I see you are using a touch interface with the keyboard on top, Is that standard, because I'm still using the mouse in keyboard in the traditional way. And what are the benefits of that set up. Thank you in advance and I really like these videos :)

Hey Mathias. I'm actual just using a regular Wacom Cintiq, with a keyboard mounted on top (using a product called Cintweak. It's an awesome keyboard mount.) I'm not sure it's a very standard setup, but I've seen other people use it. DreamWorks workstations are like this now. I find it really comfortable working this way. While it's not a touch device, it's the closet thing to working directly with the objects and controls I can find. Nice for 2D animation and sketching as well, of course :)
